We have only installed this app today so cannot say how it is helping our business BUT I can say that it is super-easy to install (I'm not website-savvy) and when I had a question about the placement of the NOTIFY ME button it was answered pretty much immediately. The Notify Me! Back in Stock Alert app is simple to install. The appearance and operation of the app is very professional. It works perfectly. As soon as we completed installation, which took seconds to complete, we were contacted by support via app messaging. Wonderful app and customer service! They are super quick to respond, very friendly and helpful. They took the time to ensure that it was looking and performing the way we wanted. It looks custom to our website which we love! The back end is easy to understand and navigate. The features are very nice also, the fact that you have the option to make your customers subscribe via sms unlike some other apps we tried that made it mandatory.
