We're still in our first week of using the app and looking forward to seeing how this contributes to sales growth, but have been pleasantly surprised with the customer service. We have needed to make a few tweaks to the aesthetics and function of the button for our website, and the speed, accommodation, and little back and forth from the customer service team has been surprisingly great!

Very good. Opened chat to ask a query about another plan. Melika was extremely helpful and our issue was taken care of in a matter of minutes. We may not utilise all the app has to offer with our type of business but we can not help but still see value in the product. Any company that regularly sells out of items and wants to build an email marketing list; this app is perfect.
