Does exactly what it is supposed to do. On the rare occasion when I've needed assistance the support has been responsive and helpful. Update: Recently installed a new theme and needed a few tweaks. Hasti responded very quickly and efficiently and even suggested a tweak to improve customer experience even further. Great product and customer service!

I must say, this is the first app whose support team helped me install code into my website. In contrast, 99.99% of apps on Shopify usually tell you to figure it out on your own. The app itself is great and simple to use. The only downside is that it's a bit expensive. However, it's still a fantastic restock app that I would recommend to others.

So far, so good. Customer service was on it from the time I logged in. Mohsen had me up and running within just a few minutes and answered my questions promptly. I am not a fan of having to learn new programs and with this I didn't have to do anything.

This is a great way to stay engaged with customers who might otherwise leave empty handed. Chat help does a great job!

This app and customer service is amazing. Perfect for everything you need for back in stock emails! We ran into an issue with widget not showing up properly at one point but Harry was great at resolving for us in a very timely manner.
