The team helped integrate the app after a few install quirks. They were quick to help. The app works, and is much more cost effective than other apps on the marketplace.

This does exactly as advertised, with great tools for customizing appearance on page. Took under a half an hour to implement and had customers requesting notifications within a few hours. Hengam's Customer service was excellent as well. I had a technical conflict with DKIM authorization when sending from a custom email, and they immediately addressed the problem and began working on an alternate solution for me. Great all around.
