I just installed the app and got stuck with the notify me widget, Nilou was extremely helpful not only did she quickly resolve my issue she proactively offered to alert me to missing opportunities to help drive more conversations! Thank you Nilou!!!

I’ve been using this app for a while now, and overall it’s been a solid addition to my Shopify store. There are a few areas where improvements could be made, especially in terms of customization and loading speed, but nothing that affects the overall functionality too much. Customer support has also been responsive whenever we had questions.
