This app was super easy and Pearl was an amazing help. She provided quick easy solutions to some changes I wanted to make and proactively anticipated what I wanted fixed, made the changes for me and did it perfectly first time! 5-star service for sure!

Like most Shopify Apps that do any heavy lifting, this app takes some setting up out of the box. But what earns the 5-stars is their support. After installing the OOS notifications easily and using them for months, we turned on the Pre-Sales feature and hit some snags getting it to function. Reaching out to Harry in their support dept had us up and running in 24hrs! You really can't ask for better than that. Once running, this app is virtually invisible, doing what its intended for, without you even knowing.

We had an aesthetic issue we did not know how to fix and so I messaged the team expecting to have to work on this for at least an hour, but Harry jumped on and took care of what I needed within 5 minutes! Truly so grateful!
