I had an amazing experience with Nareh. I had accidentally selected a yearly plan which end up cost $900CAD. The customer service here is fantastic! had a sudden issue and I panicked but Grace completely calmed me down, talked me through my issue, handled it quickly, and was an absolutely pleasure to work with! It’s not too common to come across someone with so much patience. Thankful for all the help!

Grace was such a fantastic level of support. From installing the app, through to messaging me from the get go on how to navigate and make the page work effectively. I had one product I wanted for pre -order, and Grace was able to fix the page and guide me through it. This is probably the most hands on customer support i've received through an App uploaded to Shopify.

The app is great, no bugs and speedy and effective support! The only downside is the price, because it's so full-featured. We are switching to a more bare-bones app that better suits our needs (only back-in-stock requests).
