A really well built app, very easy to set up and use even without advanced technical knowledge. The interface is clean and the setup flow is straightforward, making it ideal for both pre orders and back in stock notifications. The real added value is the support team: always available, quick to respond, and genuinely focused on finding practical solutions. On several occasions they were also extremely kind, enabling some features for free even though they were not included in our original plan. A reliable app with a real human support team behind it. Just started using this app and it's good so far! There's quite a difference between the lite and starter plan and the starter plan can be somewhat limited but otherwise it's good and very easy installation. Their customer service is also very quick and helpful.

As soon as I started using Notify Me, Dela, a talented virtual assistant, popped into the chat to assist me. She began by showing me ways to integrate Notify Me tools into my website with customizations that fit my brand. Free of charge! This has been a great start to my experience with the app. Thanks!

Excellent and simple app. Even on the free plan, you can customise it to match your brand. Pearl from Customer Service was incredibly quick and helpful, she even went beyond what I asked for and suggested additional improvements to better align it with our brand.
