I'd been using the free version of this app for sometime and have been happy with it. I decided to upgrade with the black priday promo. Pearl has been helping me and after I upgraded, offered to update colors to make the app cohesive with my shop. I love it! Thank you Pearl!

Just picked up the app today and very pleased to already be running our first preorder and have the design all set for our store. Support has been fantastic. Miles walked me through some design changes, and help on getting the preorder setting right, when I was having trouble. And went above and beyond making sure everything fit my store theme.

Been using it for years! Immediate sales occur when I update sold out product on my website. Had an issue late evening on a weekday, used the CHAT section on the APP and was shocked when I had a resolution in 10 minutes from Stella, a live rep agent. There’s this one person on the team named Dela, and she was such a huge help. I had so many different things I wanted to customize on my form, and she got everything exactly how I wanted. She made the whole process 10x easier. Truly a 10/10 experience.

Pearl went above & beyond to help me seamlessly integrate, and match a back in stock button for me. She even went as far to match to font & colours PERFECTLY in literally a matter of minutes. Absolutely recommend.
