I had the pleasure of working with Pearl from the support team for our museumofc.myshopify.com store, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She handled every single request I had — no matter how detailed or complex — with incredible precision, patience, and professionalism. Pearl not only understood exactly what I needed, but also delivered each task perfectly and much faster than I expected. Her communication was clear, her solutions were spot-on, and she consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything looked and worked exactly the way I envisioned. I’ve been really impressed with the support from Notify Me. Their team responded quickly, understood my issue straight away, and guided me through the solution step by step. I installed Notify Me! to help streamline our restock notifications, and it has been a great addition to our store. The setup is simple, the features are exactly what we needed, and the app integrates smoothly with our theme without causing issues. What really stood out to me was the support. After downloading the app, I had a few things I needed editing I got that sorted with some great help. Then there was an issue with activation Buttons, Rick stepped in a sorted it straight away first go brilliant ! Not used to this high level of service.

Just started using the app. I had some issues getting it setup - partially due to my theme confirmation - and Stella from the support team was fantastic! She helped me with multiple setup issues and got it all working perfectly for me!

Pearl was by far the best online customer service rep I've ever worked with. Not only did she help with questions, she also provided suggestions and feedback. WOW WOW WOW! Absolutely amazing. Customer service should be modeled after her cause it is truly top notch. I am extremely happy and never thought I could experience this level of professionalism and timely responses and care. Pearl is amazing and I can't say it enough

absolutely fantastic app - support is so helpful, i just spoke to dela who helped me out with my black Friday prep and they answer so so quickly! so far Wishlist, pre order, and back in stock have been totally seamless! highly recommend. love that the tech support are so friendly dela actually made me giggle after a stressful day so love that <3
