So far so good, but we are just a few days in on the Standard Plan. I think there is a 3% fee applied to pre-orders, which is a bit steep for us, so we just use the app for Back in Stock notifications and that works very well. I stuggled to use the app to strat with, but Miles in support quickly got me up to speed, so that part is faultless. All in all I am please we got this app and are using for the notifications. I think that will more than pay for itself.

Grace was such a fantastic level of support. From installing the app, through to messaging me from the get go on how to navigate and make the page work effectively. I had one product I wanted for pre -order, and Grace was able to fix the page and guide me through it.
