I don't quite have experience with the app just yet, but the customer service is fantastic for sure! They've helped me choose the right plan, then helped set up everything and answered any questions right away too. Much appreciated! Can't wait to see the functions in action! Thank you so much! It's great to speak to REAL people instead of bots!

Super helpful app I've been using for notifying customers when items are back in stock and for separating pre-orders from existing orders. Via the help widget, Hasti was super helpful when I needed an adjustment done with a buy now button showing up on my pre-order pages and she sorted it asap for me. Great customer service - thank you!

It is a great app to get customer information for out-of-stock items. When we first installed it we had a small alignment issue, but the support team instantly helped us with it. We are currently on the free plan, but as our orders grow, we will definitely upgrade to the premium plan!

We are currently in the trial version but so far we have had nothing but great interactions. They were fast to help us move the button to a place we wanted. Will come back and leave a more detailed review of how the app has been wokring!

Good customer service! We had some trouble setting up the Pre-order CTA and a representative got back to us within just a few minutes and the issue was resolved immediately.

We've been using this app for over a year now and it's really helped us gauge our customers' interest in our products. The support team is very responsive and helpful, and they're always adding new features which is a plus. Highly recommend!
