Miles was excellent. Again customer service is crazy good with this APP!! Never wait more than 5mins to connect to an agent. And they do everything for you in a matter of minutes. Plus they are funny.

App is extremely easy to install/set up. I had a minor issue with the way the button was rendering on my site due to our theme settings - the Notify! support team (Sam especially) replied immediately to my request and helped sort out the issue.
