We had a small formatting issue and Miles from the customer service team was amazing. He helped me within minutes and the issue was explained to me in easy to follow steps. Really happy with the service I received.

Customer support was fantastic. Even for the trial version the customer support they offer is very detailed and extensive. Miles made our customer support experience fantastic and encouraged us to buy the highest premium tier. Looking forward to working with them

It's easy to set up and use, and so far, a good simple waitlist functionality. There were issues getting our button to display that required their support team to jump in, however they were very fast and helpful! Miles from customer support was quick and immediately available despite it being evening my local time.

Fantastic app and stellar support! The app works perfectly for managing pre-orders and back-in-stock alerts, exactly what we needed. A special shoutout to Nilou, who helped us make some custom changes quickly and flawlessly. Highly recommended!

I downloaded this app a year ago when i first started my business. Felt i didnt have the need for it but when i did i quickly redownloaded it. Dealt with Sam today who helped me get set back up. Loved the quick responses and very down to earth. Love that i wasnt talking to a robot and i was able to get quick responses. THANK SAM!!!

Miles was exceptional. He was detailed oriented, attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was addressed.
