This company offered a decent product, but after we were locked in to their system, they raised the prices by hundreds of dollars per month. Unfortunately it is not a simple process to migrate to a new vendor because Shopify imposes an import limit of 1000 records. If you have lots of customers waiting for notifications, you will not be able to migrate. This company was polite, but offered no assistance in dealing with this problem. Notify Me was an expensive, complicated mistake, avoid.
We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation must have been. Our goal has always been to provide reliable service with clear communication and transparent pricing. The pricing change you encountered was related to your store being on one of our older legacy annual plans, which functioned differently from our current plans. Our newer plans include additional features such as low stock alerts and wishlists, and we recognize that the transition may not have been communicated as clearly as it should have been. For that, we sincerely apologize. Regarding the Shopify import limit of 1,000 records, we appreciate you highlighting this challenge. Unfortunately, this limitation is imposed by Shopify and is outside of our control. That said, we regret that we weren’t able to assist you further at the time, and we understand how this made migration feel especially difficult. We know how critical back-in-stock notifications are for your business, and we’re sorry that your experience with Notify Me fell short of your expectations. Your feedback has been valuable in helping us improve how we communicate plan changes and support merchants during transitions. If you ever consider giving Notify Me another try, we’d be more than happy to personally assist you to ensure a smooth and transparent experience from start to finish.

I didnt need to use the app in the end for my business but I had some subscription issues and when I reached out to them they were extremely helpful both grace & pearl fixed the issue in no time and made it all seamless. I am sure the app is good for other businesses but wasn't suited for me - but the service was awesome! :)

We've just started to use the app so it might be too early to tell but so far the experience has been really good. We got excellent customer support by Melissa, who was very patient and helpful regarding all our requests for customizing their Low Stock feature to fit our website.
