Super easy to get in touch and troubleshoot any issues! Stella was incredibly helpful and quick to fix and update the Notify button on my site. She also went the extra mile to figure out why one of my styles wasn’t triggering automatic updates — and resolved it right away. Excellent support!

Emma single handedly changed my POV on customer service in the digital world. We all hate dealing with details and long wait times and unanswered questions that never get solutions - I was genuinely blown away by how quickly and simply she helped me set up this app. I am a designer and all these business "to-do's" really annoy me, I wish I had an Emma for the rest of my business!!

We tend to break stock frequently since our product is handmade and so this app has proven to be a life saver to avoid manual work of letting users know when a product is available again and even getting users to pre purchase. Also the customer support team is super pro active and very fast to answer, in our case it was Emma. Can't recommend this app enough.
