Very helpful and friendly. After installation, I received a message asking if I needed any help and informed me the notify button was in fact showing up on my out of stock items.

So far, very happy with it and customer service. I have used only the pre-order widget but haven't been able to see it in action yet since I still have stock, but it's been set as per my liking, I'm confident it will help increase my sales and not loose too many sales during this BFCM time due to limited stock or OOS...

We were able to set up a "notify me" button and looking forward to send out the restock message. Everything works like expected and they have a great and quick customer service too.

I started using "Notify! Back in Stock" in 2022 when it was "Restockify". There was a management change and name change, however, the communication and transition was clear and frictionless. My usage has been narrow and focused on giving my patrons a way to ask to be notified when an out of stock item once again became available. It was only this season that our brand had reason to activate the pre-order option. I had ambient concerns for my brand about both the tone of pre-orders as well as logistics and integration with other 3rd party apps surrounding them. Prior to implementation I iterated my concerns to the Support Desk and Melika wrote back immediately clearly, concisely, and thoroughly addressing my concerns in order. This gave me the confidence to proceed with implementation on the eve of BFCM (not a timeframe one would typically test a new function!). The day of the install a chat window opened and Aliya at the Support Desk advised she saw me initiate the implementation and volunteered to test the widget. She stayed with me the entire implementation and even helped enhance readability within the widget. Top marks / 5 stars for this application's functionality and for its excellent documentation, training, and support team.

Great app, helps you capture all those important customers while items are currently sold out, so when you're ready to restock customers will instantly notified.
