Absolutely Outstanding Support from Grace! I reached out for help with customising our "Sold Out" button to show “Low Stock – Enquire Now” and trigger a popup for customer enquiries — and Grace completely nailed it. Not only did she immediately understand our requirements, but she also actioned everything swiftly, clearly, and with the most delightful attitude. The button now works exactly as we envisioned, and she explained every step, including what features were in use and which to avoid (like Pre-Order). Her communication was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful truly some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. Grace, you’re a gem! Thank you for your patience, efficiency, and kindness. The onboarding of this app was seamless to my Shopify. Dela, one of their amazing team members, was on hand to customise all touch points so that they match my brand identity. This was all done within an hour of uploading the app. Very happy.

The app is very easy to use and does exactly what I need. What really impressed me was the customer service – they are absolutely top-notch!
