I am a designer not tech savvy at ALL! I emailed for help and Nareh assisted me and showed me what to do in the simplest yet informative way and took all by a minute to do! Thank you for your A1 customer support!

Iv used this app in the past to try out. I recently decided to use it again because the app works exactly for the needs i had, and does everything it advertises. They currently have a sale and i had some questions, and sent a chat. I was expecting to receive an email back as it’s 10 pm at night, but i was greeted with an actual human for customer support. Pearl was my customer service agent and she took the time to answer all my questions as well as help me diagnose the issues i had. It’s refreshing to have quality customer service that isn’t AI or a bot, let alone someone who genuinely cares for the customer.
