The support is as good as the product. Nilou, the support agent, helped me with every single bit while setting up the app. I highly recommend and keep up the good work.

Grace has been extremely helpful and has been so knowledgable. She has helped me every step of the way, answering all of my questions thoroughly. I felt very supported and not left in the dark to figure everything out. Her responses were very timely and friendly. Her help guided me into a smooth transition while trying to change app services. Couldn't recommend her and this app enough!

After putting off adding a waitlist to my site for a while, as I thought it would be difficult, Sam popped up in the chat immediately to make sure everything was OK and got everything up and running for me within ten minutes! I’ve been using this app for a while now, and overall it’s been a solid addition to my Shopify store. The setup was straightforward, and most of the features work as expected without needing much technical knowledge. It really helped streamline some of our daily operations and saved us time. There are a few areas where improvements could be made, especially in terms of customization and loading speed, but nothing that affects the overall functionality too much. Customer support has also been responsive whenever we had questions. Overall, it’s a reliable app that does what it promises, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a simple and effective solution.

As a small store and business, I was looking for a cost effective solution to support Wishlist and Pre-order functionality. This review is for my experience in exploring their functionalities at the Standard Level, simplicity of integration with Shopify and the support from their customer support team to assist with some tweaks needed. Harry and Grace from their support team were responsive, patient and very helpful in explaining functionality and making some CSS changes I requested - even during my trial period.

I love the app!!! I get to collect all our customer requests to restock. Once the stocks are here, I can notify my clients easily. The support team is very responsive and super efficient in helping me to set it up and update the style. Love it!!!! Highly recommend!
