I didnt need to use the app in the end for my business but I had some subscription issues and when I reached out to them they were extremely helpful both grace & pearl fixed the issue in no time and made it all seamless. I am sure the app is good for other businesses but wasn't suited for me - but the service was awesome! :)

This app is exactly what I needed to offer better communication and visuals for my customers! When I first got the app I needed a little help. I used the built in help and got connected RIGHT AWAY.
