The user experience could have been designed better for overall price transparency, but Dela was very helpful and took my feedback into consideration.

We’ve been using Notify Me for a while now, and it’s completely streamlined our customer communication. The app makes it so easy to keep our customers in the loop when their favourite products are back in stock. The setup was seamless, and the interface is super user-friendly. Great customer service.

We had SOLD OUT on our website with no intention on that being the case due to an increase in word of mouth marketing that went crazy. We needed a solution fast as new customers were interested in buying our products. We quickly jumped into action with Notify! and were able to quickly set up fast and swiftly. And now pre-order flows are kicking in and and everyone can be happy. We are happy about that and thanks to Aliya we setup everything and got all of our questions answered fast. We requested a custom placement for the low inventory information, and within minutes, Emma reached out to assist us. She tackled the issue head-on with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The app is incredibly helpful, popular with our customers, and fairly priced. We find this app very useful after the first day. My team ran into some issues and we got very fast response. Pearl is really willing to help, even with minimum inputs given. Unlike some automated chatbots with other services. This issue seems like a bug on our side, so we will investigate. I don't hesitate to rate this one 5* so far. Thanks Pearl

So far so good. Still need to see if it does what is advertised, but this looks like quite a professional tool. I've just set up the application with help from Dela. Got in contact real quick via the inline chat. Perfect so far.

Good app that works right away albeit had a couple issues. Not all the features I would love like some minor customizations are supported at the moment, but overall I am pleased with it and it is better than some of it's competitors on the market. Mason on the support team was also a huge help in getting onboarded and was able to answer or clarify all of my questions.
