Great help in setting up my pre-orders!
perfect to help my business grow
So far, I'm pleased with the app. I am a small business and really appreciate the special pricing tier offered to new shops just getting up and running. I got all of the functionality I wanted for a really fair price. And when I needed a slight tweak to the CSS of a button, Pearl helped me fix it in less than 5 minutes. At a time when getting all of the little details sorted for shop opening can feel overwhelming, this app and the customer service are a much-appreciated find.
Very helpful team when requesting custom integration support (I wanted to tweak how it looked). Very quick response (minutes) and no charge!
This app is easy to install and use, the setup process was straightforward, and it seamlessly integrates with our theme. The results have been great in boosting customer engagement for out-of-stock and preorder items. Customer support has been excellent and always helpful in resolving any issues. Overall, this is a fantastic solution that’s added real value to our store.
Amazing plugin with even more amazing customer service! Had an issue because I only sell a single product on the front page and would require a higher tier plan if I wanted pre-sale functionality. Talked with Nilou via chat (near instant response) and she helped me out a ton! 60 minutes later everything was working perfectly, zero extra charge and a pre-order button on my homepage. Out of this world customer service, especially compared to most other companies these days. Absolutely recommending the App!

The support team is awesome when you need help with something not lining up or other tweaks. No run around - just quick solutions. The app features are also perfect for pre-orders, out of stock, etc. Their email and SMS formatting options are also on point. This is the pre-order app my Shopify developer recommended and he was right.
