Very usefull app, and the assistance is faster than refilling your cup with coffee, so that's very awesome. They helped me with a little issue I got, and within 5 minutes everything was how I wanted it to be. Her name was Sam and she was very kind. Highly recommend!

Installation was very easy, I had a few questions and needed some help, Stella couldn't have been more helpful! She very quickly made code changes I required and answered any questions I had.

So far so good, when setting up Notify the app installed on my site easily. Sam from support got in touch straight away to see did I need any help in configuration. Sam helped me customise the look & feel of the pop up and could not be more helpful. Looking forward to seeing it in action once i go live.

very good customer service! Some bugs with emails / layout in different themes but people are quick to try to make fixes when I spot something

The app works great. I had an issue with the back-in-stock button, but support was quick to respond. Stella got back to me promptly, and the problem was resolved within a few minutes.

Grace was extremely helpful and friendly in guiding me through my first day with the notify me app. Today was just setting up and using the notify me when something is out app. I look forward to using the other helpful things about your app to help generate more conversions to sales.
