Grace was truly amazing! She went above and beyond right from the start—reaching out as soon as I installed the app to make sure all my settings were just right. She then spent so much time with me, patiently customizing the colors and sizes of the buttons until I was 200% happy with the result. I had some technical issues getting the button to show due to the fact that my developer designed my site with some code. I reached out to customer support and they were able to have their tech team resolve the issue and get the button and app installed perfectly! Special shout out to Nilou who went above and beyond helping out with getting everything taken care of. She even styled the look and feel of the button to match my site perfect!

Love this app. Works great to set pre orders and to manage notifications. I need a little customization and the support was quick. Only took a few minutes to hear back and within 30 minutes they had a custom solution installed. I highly recommend.
