This is a great app and has provided allot of new revenue for us, support is excellent and fast. It is definitely a great investment and app to add to your shop.

When it comes to the apps in Shopify I tend to get quite lost. Melika was however super helpful and made the process easy. She helped me to make the whole setup look professional and clean. Highly reccommended!

Really, really good customer service. My theme is being buggy and their team member, Nareh, is going above and beyond to fix it. This app will really help my shop!

I was assisted by a lovely staff member Miles, who in no fault of his own assisted me with a system error and I had uninstalled the app. Miles was nothing short of polite and professional with his customer service. I recently added the 'Notify!' app to my Shopify store, and it's been a game-changer for keeping my customers updated. The app is easy to set up, works smoothly, and has all the features I was looking for. Notify Me! has been a wonderful app to use so far. It is very user friendly and hits all the marks in terms of what we were looking for. We recently upgraded to the Plan Plus version of the app and have been very satisfied with the support I've received. Harry and Miles were particularly helpful, assisting us in resolving issues after installation. They patiently addressed all our questions and were genuinely committed to ensuring our site was perfect. However, I do have a suggestion for improvement: the Spanish interface could use some refinement. Some translations are incorrect, such as "save" being translated as "ahorrar" instead of "guardar," which can sometimes complicate navigation. Additionally, it would be great to have more options for customizing messages. Despite these minor issues, I wouldn't lower my rating for the app. Overall, the service is very good. The interface allows for theme adjustments and customizations, and in general, it works well. Plus, interactions with the support team are always cordial and efficient. I highly recommend this app and their support team!

I was looking for an application that was easy to install and configure so that customers could leave me their contact information for when there are products that come back in stock. The reality is that even though the application is easy to install, like anything new, I had a problem configuring it. I instantly wrote in the support chat. They answered me very quickly and helped me configure this app in my business page. (FREE version!). Thanks to Mason from tech support. I just downloaded this app and I already love it! THANK YOU!

A very useful app to allow us to keep our customers up to date on our product stock levels. We had some teething issues with getting the notification button to display using our theme, Miles was quick to respond to the online chat request and got the button to display in no time at all. Fantastic support for a great app.
