First time using Shopify and the app and found this app very easy to use. Works well and the support team is great. Dela was phenomenal in resolving issues that I had in such a short period of time! Recommended!

Stella was super helpful today when I was setting up my pre-order. I was a little confused about a couple of things but she quickly got helpful information to me and I was able to set it up quickly. I have had really good results with using this app and when I went to look for a pre-order app I was so pleased to see it was available through the app I was already using.

WOW - WOW - WOW – Exceptional Service from Sam! I just have to say, the customer service I received from Sam at Notify Me was outstanding! It’s rare to experience someone so willing to help these days, but Sam went above and beyond to ensure all of my questions were answered and I had everything I needed. I have used many different apps across shopify. None come close to Notify with customer service and response times. It doesn't matter what time or day I always get my issues resolved quickly. A big thanks to Dela from the team as well. She has been a great help everytime I have needed some questions answered. Very helpful and polite member of the team.
