Mason was a great help. I had many questions about how to navigate notify and set preorder limits. Mason answered all my questions and even gave me a tutorial. He was very patient and informative. Sam has been amazing she helped me resolve a error on my website. The Pre-Order button was not working despite everything being fine on my end due to a error. She said she will forward it to the technical department and they will try to resolve it in 24 hours. They however fixed the issue within half that time frame. Sam was very fast and efficient in her approach as well as being helpful and friendly. She also kept me up to date with what was happening.
