Notify Me is one of those tools that actually does what it promises, clean, simple, and effective. Setting everything up was smooth, and it instantly started adding value to my store without unnecessary complexity. What really stood out though was the support. Dela went above and beyond. She personally guided me through the setup, helped customize the button exactly the way I wanted, and replied incredibly fast every time. You don’t get that level of attention often. Highly recommended

All I can say is that Pearl was Absolutely AMAZING!!!! She was very patient with me and made sure that I fully understood what she was telling me. I was a bit confused about something's and she not only responded back by text, but she also sent me examples of things that would be helpful to me. She also emailed me the information, which is great because that way I can have access to that information in the future. She also took care of some technical issues while we were chatting. She even brought to my attention about the cohesiveness on my website, as far as, how some of the widgets would appear and she fixed it. As a business owner it felt great to know that Pearl had my best interest with not just resolving my issue, but also with making sure that my website maintained a professional appearance. Thank you so much Pearl for all of your help....YOU ROCK!!!!

I've just onboarded this app to my website. It was super easy and user friendly. I chatted with Grace, who was very patient with my questions, and made some "behind the scenes" adjustments to tweek it exactly how I wanted it. I will update this review once I get some customer feedback, but I am really excited to see how this app helps me grow my small biz!

Très bonne application Shopify, simple à prendre en main et parfaitement intégrée à la boutique. Les fonctionnalités sont efficaces et répondent bien aux besoins. Mention spéciale pour le service client ainsi qu'à Nilou pour son aide : réactif, à l’écoute et toujours prêt à aider avec des solutions claires et rapides. Une excellente expérience globale, je recommande sans hésitation.

I just switched over to Notify and I'm honestly blown away by how easy it is to use. I had a quick question and expected to hear back in a day or two, but Mason responded and fixed it the same day and on a Sunday. That's next level customer service. Thank you Mason!!
