It's easy to set up and use, and so far, a good simple waitlist functionality. There were issues getting our button to display that required their support team to jump in, however they were very fast and helpful! Miles from customer support was quick and immediately available despite it being evening my local time.

The customer service staff, Emma, was great and very patient. She resolved all the problems I had. The app could be better if you improved the export section. I have to export all the data for the last 3 years, even though I only need data for the last month. I hope it works better in the future.

I downloaded this app a year ago when i first started my business. Felt i didnt have the need for it but when i did i quickly redownloaded it. Dealt with Sam today who helped me get set back up. Loved the quick responses and very down to earth. Love that i wasnt talking to a robot and i was able to get quick responses. THANK SAM!!!

So far so good. Does exactly what I needed it to do. I've used the Lite plan for a couple of years now. It's been great. As far as the other plans -- the price seems high, don't love that they take commission, but support is very helpful. Dela helped me with all my questions when choosing which option to upgrade to.
