This app works seamlessly for restock alerts and pre-sales. And the support is fantastic. I had issues with my sold out buttons and Miles from the Notify! team went out of his way to fix it. Can highly recommend!

The customer service of this app goes above and beyond to ensure your experience using the app is perfect. Setareh was extremely helpful in setting up my pre-order button and even helped change the colors of the pre-order badge to match my site's color theme. The great thing is that you don't have to reach out first, customer service is notified when you make a change so they are there to help right away in chat. I would highly recommend using this app for pre-order and out-of-stock lists.

It was easy enough to install but took quite some time for me to work through the pre-order side of things. I had errors for several hours which took some work to fix, I believe the app had my pre-order product as a subscription. Once I mentioned this to Help, it was fixed within 5 mins.

Have had a very responsive team in general, but had a really excellent experience with Nareh! She signed on really quickly and stayed on until I was completely sure the functions were working. Looking forward to seeing how this impacts our sales!

Get Notify Me! This app really helps see what customers are wanting back in stock and sends them a message as soon as it's available. The customer service is also amazing. Nareh helped me out a lot!

I just downloaded the app, so have not used it yet, but their support team is helpful! I just chatted with Delaram and she helped me set up my store. Excited to try this app out!

This is a fantastic app! Very easy to use and whenever you have questions, live assistance is offered. Aliya's help was tremendous in getting everything set-up and answering all of my questions. Would recommend!
