We use this app when we sell out of a product. This allows for better merchandising while keeping our store's sales consistent. Previously we use to have to close the shop while waiting for restocking but this app has kept us going! Love it.

I've tried several pre-order apps and this is the only free app that actually works. Very fast customer support too, absolutely recommend.

We are still new to the app, and are using its basic service at the moment, but we've been happy with it so far. There were a few difficulties at first setting up the app, but the support team has been prompt, helpful and thorough when we've needed assistance.

Great app! Definitely recommended. Easy to configure. Works exactly as expected. Outstanding support team. I had a compatibility issue with my custom theme, opened a support ticket, and Jabir resolved my issue within minutes.

I've used pre-order now for months and I love the functionality. Even after trying other apps, I've returned because of the simple interface. Their support team is also great and quickly respond to issues that have been reported.

In the meantime, the problem HAS been fixed, and system has been running 100% smoothly since this time last week. We’ve also added extra server capacity to make sure that NEVER happens again for our app. Can you confirm that you received this message? Excellent app. Adding Pre-Orders to our site has massively increased our direct sales. We make all our product ourselves, so being able to sell on 3 week pre-orders instead of just having things not in stock has been a revelation! Nicely customizable, and fits very well with our site aesthetically and practically. Excellent, fast customer service (we gave up on other Pre-Order apps as the customer service was too slow), solving our issues and helping us to customise exactly as we wanted. Would highly recommend, it's changed our business for the better! Update: I'd like to add that 6 months after installing this app, we're still extremely happy with it! It's considerably increased our sales, and helped us deal with a very busy period. It's also very easy to use and customise how you want. Today I had an issue with the app (my fault), and once again, the customer support was excellent and it was resolved almost instantly - thank you!
