We are still new to the app, and are using its basic service at the moment, but we've been happy with it so far. There were a few difficulties at first setting up the app, but the support team has been prompt, helpful and thorough when we've needed assistance.

Great app! Definitely recommended. Easy to configure. Works exactly as expected. Outstanding support team. I had a compatibility issue with my custom theme, opened a support ticket, and Jabir resolved my issue within minutes.

This App works great and makes my pre-selling process so much easier. Most important feature for me is the "cart label" and the "mixed cart warning popup". The customer service is very fast and helps perfectly. Thanks a lot.

I've used pre-order now for months and I love the functionality. Even after trying other apps, I've returned because of the simple interface. Their support team is also great and quickly respond to issues that have been reported.

In the meantime, the problem HAS been fixed, and system has been running 100% smoothly since this time last week. Excellent app. Adding Pre-Orders to our site has massively increased our direct sales. We make all our product ourselves, so being able to sell on 3 week pre-orders instead of just having things not in stock has been a revelation! Nicely customizable, and fits very well with our site aesthetically and practically. Excellent, fast customer service (we gave up on other Pre-Order apps as the customer service was too slow), solving our issues and helping us to customise exactly as we wanted. Would highly recommend, it's changed our business for the better! Update: I'd like to add that 6 months after installing this app, we're still extremely happy with it! It's considerably increased our sales, and helped us deal with a very busy period. It's also very easy to use and customise how you want. Today I had an issue with the app (my fault), and once again, the customer support was excellent and it was resolved almost instantly - thank you!

Seems like the best app on the market for pre-orders. Not the cheapest, but the functionality (who else has e-mail options?) and their customer service is definitely worth the extra cost.

Easy to install and incorporate into our storefront, reasonable pricing. I love the pre-order discount feature, which can be applied through item tags, allowing me to run custom pre-order campaigns for different collections. We had a small hiccup causing some of the prices to appear incorrectly, but the customer service team jumped on it and figured out a fix in just a couple of days.

Best preorder app out there. This is the only one I found with settings for a mixed cart message (preorder + in stock) which is nice as we do not ship all until the preorder arrives. This is one of the most needed features for a preorder app and they have it! I had a small issue with my layout and the support had me up and fixed in about an hour during the normal 9-5 business hours. Definitely worth the money if you do any preorders. 10/10
Howdy! Sean here, the Customer Success Manager for Pre Order Now. Thanks for the review and for reaching out. I'm so sorry that the app didn't work "out of the box" perfectly for the Debut theme. It normally does, yours might have some coding that was tweaked by another app or another developer, and sometimes that coding can conflict with the way that our app performs those functions. I know it really sucks that the button is just missing on some products - we don't want that at all and I understand your frustration. Looks like our support guru, Amir (in the Philippines - he's our very best!), is helping you get this fixed up right away as I speak... and if he can't get it right, our dev guy will tackle it when he is back in here in the next 6-12 hours... I am working with both of them to make double-sure we put your ticket issue as the highest priority today. Hope to have this fixed and working properly right away for you! If we can get it resolved asap, perhaps you'll reconsider this review? Anything less than 5 stars is not what we are aiming for, and definitely hurts our ranking on the app store.
