Hello! Thanks so much for posting this question here! To cancel any app on the Shopify app store, simply remove that app from the apps section of your Shopify admin. This automatically cancels the billing connection for that app to your Shopify billing. For specific instructions, see this convo: https://community.shopify.com/c/Shopify-Apps/How-can-i-cancel-an-app-with-Payments/td-p/679575 Does that help? So just delete this the app from your Shopify admin, and that cancels the app billing on our side automatically. -Sean & The Pre-order Now Support Team

Customer service responds fast but takes too long to fix any issue you have. No matter if you are in the middle of Xmas Sale and losing thousands of dollars per day. They will tell you that your problem can´t be fixed now. it will take 24 hours minimum.

I tried another app first, and it just didn't work. Installation was impossible. Deleted that and tried this which was actually my second choice. It should have been my first. This app is simply outstanding. Its interface is simple to use. All the options are customizable, which is something that the developers do not do a good job of promoting. If you want the pre-order button to be in Spanish (my case) or to say something other than pre-order, you can do that. Simple to install, simple to uninstall, it literally saved us this Holiday season when we had some issues with delayed deliveries from our overseas suppliers. If you're looking for an app that allows you to do pre-orders, stop looking and install this app.

We ran into some delayed inventory due to COVID which caused a lot of out of stock issues right before BFCM. We we able to install this app and save thousands of dollars of sales that we would have otherwise lost. There are a couple of set up items that you have to make sure are correct, but the support team was very helpful and the issues were resolved quickly. Great app!

Hello! This is Sean, the Ops Manager with Pre Order Now. I am terribly sorry about your experience. Around 2pm EST on Thanksgiving Day (last Thursday), an abnormally high level of volume caused our app some sever technical issues. Our Development team went into action, and had our app moved to a MUCH larger technical server platform within 3 hours, and the issues were completely resolved. App has been working seamlessly since then. With our much larger capacity for volume, this same issue will not happen again. I am so sorry that this negatively affected your store. I will email you directly to arrange for a refund! And in the future, you should not experience this again with our app. Thanks SO much for your understanding, Sean & The Pre Order Now Support and Development Teams

We use this app when we sell out of a product. This allows for better merchandising while keeping our store's sales consistent. Previously we use to have to close the shop while waiting for restocking but this app has kept us going! Love it.
