Great app and better than others I've used. The service is fantastic and very helpful. Rasheem helped me resolve my issue by digging into it thoroughly as I had a developer do a custom Pre-order button previously and it was the reason the app didn't have the settings I wanted. But all fixed and working fine now.

THIS APP HAS MADE SETTING UP PREORDERS VERY SIMPLE AND QUICK TO USE. I YOUTUBED HOW TO SET UP AND IT TOOK ME THROUGH CODING THAT I DID NOT UNDERSTAND . THIS HAS HELPED ALOT!!

Absolutely no support. Had my products on pre-order and when I took them off pre-order, one did not change the CTA button back to "add to cart". It is still stuck on "pre-order now". I've reached out to support several times with no response. I even deleted the app and it still remains. There is no way for me to change back to "add to cart" and they refuse to help, even with Shopify opening a ticket. If you don't want your website code messed up, I do not recommend this app.

This app was easy to setup and allows our wholesale customers to submit pre-orders and purchases in the same transaction. They were also quick to respond to the one issue I emailed about (same day within minutes). Aman was very helpful!

The main issue is that around 10-20% of my pre-orders are not caught by the app. So that means 10-20% of pre-order clients do not know that they are making pre-order. And the worst part is that every morning I need to recheck orders in order to highlight not informed clients and send them information about pre-orders manually. Though, I am risking with bad customer experience because they did not know about it before buying. I contacted support, they tried to fix it, but they failed.

Working well so far, just got it enabled. Needed some help for it to find the add to cart button but support was extremely responsive and got it configured for us very quickly.

I had many issues with the app. It doesn't work well with my theme. Customer service is extremely slow. I had problems with the badges so I emailed them for a solution. They said they were going to look into it but never heard back from them. I placed the request mid-Dec; also emailed them several times. No answer at all until mid-Jan. Bye.

Pre‑order Now isn't fully compatible with all the Shopify Online Store 2.0 themes, but our app does work with Dawn theme which I believe you were trying to use. If you'd still like to use the app, please reach out to [email protected] and we will get this sorted ASAP. so far so good. We started using pre order for our new start up. So far it is user friendly and works well with shopify. one of our issues is that you have to start a new campaign after publishing it rather than having the ability to just edit it.
