Great app, well managed, and efficient! The price is a bit expensive than the other apps, but none comes close to the functions of this one.

Once set up, this is fantastic. I'd say this is a "Must-Have" app for anyone experiencing any Covid-19 supply chain delays. Cost is fine. Can't knock it at all!

I used this app to add pre orders to products and it has worked great. Been awesome to allow me to track my pre orders and offer it on products that are hot at the time.

We used this app to allow pre-orders for new products coming soon. It worked perfectly. I've used this app in the past as well, and it helped us generate a lot of interest well before the products were available. The customer service is also extremely quick to respond to questions.

Update: We did a template update and didn't realize it impacted our Pre-Order app... I chatted Pre-Order Now and rec'd help immediately. Vlad jumped into our theme and had us back to business w/in minutes. Amazing support! This app has saved us! All was manageable until the Corony hit and back orders went from a few days to several months. The best app I've found to set proper customer expectations and keep customers updated. This app is super easy to use and very intuitive. Highly recommend!

This app works, is very customizable, and comes with great support. I recently had a problem as a result of changing my theme. I contacted support and had my issue resolved within minutes. You can't ask for more than that!

Good app but I can't find how to cancel my subscription, as I want to end it today. Find this very very disappointing.
Hello! Thanks so much for posting this question here! To cancel any app on the Shopify app store, simply remove that app from the apps section of your Shopify admin. This automatically cancels the billing connection for that app to your Shopify billing. For specific instructions, see this convo: https://community.shopify.com/c/Shopify-Apps/How-can-i-cancel-an-app-with-Payments/td-p/679575 Does that help? So just delete this the app from your Shopify admin, and that cancels the app billing on our side automatically. -Sean & The Pre-order Now Support Team

Customer service responds fast but takes too long to fix any issue you have. No matter if you are in the middle of Xmas Sale and losing thousands of dollars per day. They will tell you that your problem can´t be fixed now. it will take 24 hours minimum.

I show that our support team emailed you with specific directions on Friday, and our developer circled around with a followup email on Sunday. Is this now taken care of? I tried another app first, and it just didn't work. Installation was impossible. Deleted that and tried this which was actually my second choice. It should have been my first. This app is simply outstanding. Its interface is simple to use. All the options are customizable, which is something that the developers do not do a good job of promoting. If you want the pre-order button to be in Spanish (my case) or to say something other than pre-order, you can do that. Simple to install, simple to uninstall, it literally saved us this Holiday season when we had some issues with delayed deliveries from our overseas suppliers. If you're looking for an app that allows you to do pre-orders, stop looking and install this app.

We ran into some delayed inventory due to COVID which caused a lot of out of stock issues right before BFCM. We we able to install this app and save thousands of dollars of sales that we would have otherwise lost. There are a couple of set up items that you have to make sure are correct, but the support team was very helpful and the issues were resolved quickly. Great app!
