What sets this app apart is the customer service. I had a formatting issue that needed attention and I received help in less than 15 minutes after creating a ticket. Can't beat that sort of support!

I have now been using this app for a few years. When it works its a good app. However, it is a ticking bomb. I just noticed that all out of a sudden normal available products were shown as preorder products whereas products that have stock below zero were shown as available. What is even wore, the mixed cart pop that was triggering on every page reload, was supposed to be fixed after i have submitted a ticket. I just realized that it is not fixed and customers had to close the pop up on every page reload. This plugin did more harm than good. Please look out for a more stable plugin, as this plugin will cost you a lot of money......

Easy to setup and use. Tutorial is very straight-forward and there are very clear videos on YouTube that walk you through setup.

Quite disappointed with this app. I loved it at the start but for the past 3 months it's been sending my customers emails that their order contained a preordered product when it doesn't. So it has created a lot of confusion. I have contacted support 4 times and then I don't receive a response and they close the ticket. I then have to open another ticket and the same issue happened. Unfortunately I will have to look for an alternative application as I am not getting help to solve the issue.

We recently upgraded our online store to a new theme and in doing so our drop down menu kept freezing on us and our customers, big problem! I'd been working with the theme developer for several days until they determined that the issue was stemming from our Pre-order Now app. I reached out the support team here and within 2 hours they had the problem fixed and our website is now working better than ever. I'm so happy and they were also incredibly pleasant to work with. THANK YOU

Installed the App 1 hour ago, had some issues due to some code changes that we had done to our theme. They replied our email within 15 minutes, edited the code on our theme so that the issue was fixed within 20 mins. Absolutely amazing service, and we are on the free trial, we are signing up for the subcription now just on the customer service alone, the app also looks great on our site.

Easy to start using, operates exactly as advertised, and very powerful options/customisation. Support is very helpful and responds quickly, which helps to get the fiddly bits perfect (given our highly complex customised website).

You really can't apply the preorder button to one variant of a product? You have to apply it top all the variants? Even if you if all but 1 variant is available?? Update : Looks like they have fixed this issue so I updated my rating.

Waiting to launch our store. Will update review after first sale. So far, very easy to use and navigate. *Update on 2/15/21: Its been a few weeks since downloading the app. There was an issue with the first theme so we changed it and everything worked fine, at first. Set up was pretty simple and everything worked great. Until the first time an item sold out and pre-order was "active" for that product. The "Pre-Order" banner on the product will not show up, the "Pre-Order" button does not show up, it did not notify the customer at checkout of the pre-order status, and did not reflect it in the email. A second order was later placed with 2 of an item, when we had 1 in stock. It never notified the customer that 1 item was pre-order. My wife and I have attempted to contact the company by email and have left 3 voicemail messages in the last 6 days, each time the claim they will respond within 24 hours and never have. We are extremely disappointed with the customer service. If the issue is fixed, I will update the review and reflect the changes. If not, we will be canceling and requesting a refund as they have not delivered what was advertised and promised with the product. I hope you have better luck than we have. **Update: Customer service fixed the issue promptly after our last request. We appreciate making it right and function as advertised.

Definitely one of the better pre-order apps we've come across. Support was great helping us to set this up and getting the items to appear correctly on our website. Unlike other Pre-Order buttons, we've tried this doesn't appear to have any browser history issues, i.e. you can change details and settings for an item already setup, next time you refresh the page the new adjustments appear, other programs haven't and you end up having to clear your browser history to see them which is pointless if a customer has already visited the page and then returns. Its a bit slow loading on product pages but otherwise its be solid and produced good results for us, so 5 stars!

It's a fine app, but could benefit from added features and live support. Trust me, you do not want to have your pre-order messages vanish and now you customers have no idea when to expect a product that'll be out 4 months from now. Not fun. Live support + some added quality-of-life improvements or customization options and this app could become a 5 star app.
