App is outdated and has too many bugs now. This use to be the best Pre-order app out there but many other apps have caught up and have more features for less price. It's unfortunate as we have been using this app for a year and tried to stick with them but they have been unable to fix our issues. They blame other apps for the bugs but we haven't added anything since the bugs started. Another frustrating issue is your settings get changed everytime you revisit the app. You have to change back all your settings. Super annoying and not efficient for any business. We were paying for the $30 a month subscription plus the $$$ emails and it wouldn't always work. We now have found a better app for only $10 a month and a lot more features on top of what this app had to offer. Changes need to be made asap.

Since we are the best, still is, optimization, ease of use, and customer support are our main priority. However, it appears that your account is under a legacy plan in which only premium merchants are granted with ALL FEATURES. Our current pricing model will provide you with all Preorder Now features on any paid plan. But you need to reinstall our app for it to work, along with the app being updated. Furthermore, the reset/resync issue was already been resolved and we no longer receive that error since the fix. Especially for new installs having our most updated version. Please note that we have an upcoming big feature in the pipeline ready to launch in a month or 2. This one is a huge one, specifically for you since you asked for it multiple times :) We only hope the best for your store and we'll let you know once we got this new feature live. From there, maybe we can re-establish our 1-year partnership. PS: We surely miss those adorable Tigger bags on preorder. Our team uses this product for debugging purposes in your store. I am new to the app and find it very easy to use and what I needed to drive sales for stock landing soon as my web site prior said sold out on 80% of our range. It would be good to tick and bulk select single products instead of doing one at a time though.

Huge life saver!!!! Sitting dormant while waiting for inventory was a huge issue. Now money can keep flowing and we can forecast inventory better.

I am currently using the app to sell pre-orders at a discount. At first, I had issue getting the discounts applied to multiple quantities. It would only apply to one order. So I reached out to customer service, and in the matter of 12 hours they had it fixed and running smoothly. The support team even went into my store and adjusted the settings to make my store run smoother. I can't recommend them enough!

Exactly what I needed! I have so much custom code on my site (including custom add to cart buttons), that I was concern whether this would look wonky, but it looks absolutely perfect without needing to get our developer involved. The support team was available right away to answer some set up questions I had. Highly recommend. __________________________________________ Adding an update since we've now been using the app for a few months. This has been a game changer for us, and I'm so so glad I installed it. With all the supply chain issues we've been dealing with, it allows us to continue to sell backordered items and avoid losing out on sales when we go out of stock. I had an issue today that required the team at Website On-Demand to do a custom adjustment to my theme so that we could get the pre-order button displayed in our collection pages, and they got it done within a few minutes. I am so impressed, I wish my web developer was this quick haha.

Plugin adds great functionality to the site and turns a typical "SOLD OUT" into an interesting opportunity for customers. The problem comes from when they put out an update. This happens every few months, and when it does, all of my settings vanish. The site starts making all orders look like pre-orders. The Pre-Order banners on my item images disappear. I have to do all of my initial setup all over again. This is beyond frustrating. I can't babysit my website like this and by the time that I catch it when this happens, it's already caused a problem with a customer. Seems like something that could be fixed easily. Would be great if I were notified about an update before it took effect and gave me the option of doing it or not, or at least sent out an email about it, or at the very least, DON'T CHANGE MY SETTINGS.
Hello there, You are correct, that's frustrating. However, without further details (e.g., exactly when did it happen? did you change/update your theme? etc) we can't accurately pinpoint the issue. On top of that, we haven't had any HUGE update to date, only on the 16th of March which was the Pricing plan update. Please contact [email protected] and we can schedule a call.
