Love this app! Does exactly what I need it to do. When I had problems understanding how to do a more complex preorder, Saman did some research and fixed me right up. He answered lots of questions, all in a timely manner. Great app, great support!

Sometime to now, the app it doesnst work. How can I solve it?
Hi, We are sorry to hear that. We have both live chat (in the app's admin page), and email support for the app. Please reach out to us through those channels and we will fix issues if any on your store. We solve 9/10 issues in less than 1 hour, and the rest less than 24 hours, unless it's a feature request. In any case, please reach out to us we will solve issues.

Customer service is top-notch! Zora helped me with all my issues. Their "Part of order is a pre-order alert message" is exactly what I was looking for, I couldn't find this feature anywhere else. They also cover features similar to other apps at a lower cost. Easy to use, amazing overall!

Quick to respond to queries and the team help you to troubleshoot to actually manage the app yourself. The app has it's limitations but they all do. can't fault the customer service though!

Superb support. Great app, Does what it is supposed to do. I tried many other apps but didn't really work well. Very happy with this app and the support team is amazing.

The team at Preorderly is fantastic, I had an issue that they were able to fix within 20 minutes. I've been using the app for over 3 years and never had issues except this one time and was so happy with their prompt help.

Messaged them over the weakened and was not expecting a response until Monday but I received a response about 10 minutes later which was super quick. They fixed all my issues on the spot and informed me of better improvements in the coming months.

App works intended, and customer support has been very quick and helpful. If you don't have a developer, install the app and then reach out to customer support. It's likely your theme will need some work/tweaking.

So far, So great! I downloaded a bunch of different preorder apps, and this one was the only one that seemed to integrate seamlessly. When I had an issue, the team was VERY quick and very responsive! Super happy I found this app!

We experienced the very best support from Preorderly. Saman was speedy, helpful and went out of his way to help us understand the issue and take action. The app works for us, and it works well in bringing in MTO for our small business. Worth more than 5 stars.

最初は設定が悪かったのかうまく思った通りに動作しなかったのですが、サポートの方が即座に丁寧に対応してくれるので、すぐに問題解決しました。最初に思った通りに動かなかったので星1つ減らしていますが、サポートがしっかりしているので安心して利用できそうです。

Absolute useless App, nothing works even though its all setup correctly. No customer support availabe on the weekends is a no go. Do not install this trash!

We checked with our customer support (both in-app chat and email) and unfortunately, we didn't get any inquiries from your shop. Also, our founders reached out to you over the weekend by email and social media to help fix the issue, but we didn't receive any messages. (client happiness is very important to us) We serve around 1000 shops and happy shop owners. Usually, if you can't see the preorder button on your shop, it's because of a minor setting that we would love to help you fix it. 😊 BTW, we think our app would be a perfect fit for European shop owners as we just added servers in Europe to help serve your customers faster 🚀 If you’re willing to give us another shot, we’d appreciate the opportunity to help you with the process. I have used this app for two separate pre-orders, and it has worked really well. I have had a few questions on getting things set-up or revising pre-order info on my website, and the support team has always been available to help sort out questions right away.
