This app does its job properly. Changes at Printful are pushed to Shopify nicely and the integration of the two sites feels very smooth. My only complaint is that products that are not meant to be fulfilled by Printful show as 'unsynced' on every order, but that is a small annoyance when everything else works well.

Regarding unsynced items, if there are any products in your storefront which aren't fulfilled by Printful, they will show up in Printful. However, you can set them to "ignored" in Printful app -> Products -> Not synced -> bulk edit -> Ignore. This way if this product is ordered in your storefront, the order won't import into Printful or if it is part of an order which contains also a Printful fulfilled item, the product will still be automatically ignored and won't hold up the order. I'm really happy that I've found Printful and was a great decision to connect it with my store. The selection of items are great, price range is also good and their customer service and assistance is awesome! Always there if you need help! I'm definitely recommending them!

wait times for products can be ridiculous if you order something from their US depo and you are based over seas or vice versa. I have customers waiting almost 2 months on orders. printful are taking way more orders then they can handle at the moment.

Our fulfillment is experiencing delays due to Covid-19 and we recommend referring to our up-to-date estimated fulfillment timeframes right here: https://www.printful.com/covid-19. We are working as fast as possible to ship out all orders, but production delays are expected for the time being. Additionally, deliveries can also experience some delays as various Covid-19 restrictions and limitations are still in place across the world which are affecting cargo travel between locations. We understand that encountering these delays is not pleasant and we hope the production and delivery timeframes normalize soon. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Takes customer service over 72 hours to respond to a simple email, usually do not have a solution for up to two weeks. I would recommend anyone interested Printful to not use the application. Fulfillment time is typically longer than suggested.

The Shopify-Printful sync works perfectly and during 2 years of operations there's never been a hickup. Printful has their challenges with production but we have always been able to solve the problems that have arisen.

Since COVID-19 their customer service has been non-existent. If you try emailing them they take 1 week to respond. Their delivery times has been extended by a ridiculous amount of time. Their support chat has been turned off all of a sudden. Overall a very poor handling of the COVID-19 situation.

Our chat option also operates at a limited capacity and you may notice it is unavailable sometimes as we try to catch up with an existing queue and emails. Currently, it is supported only in English and Spanish, so one of these options would have to be selected, but we hope to add more language options in the future. 20 days later my shirts have not arrived, Terrible customer service and terrible process!!! Ordered on May 2nd as a test order before I sell this to the public. That was the best decision of my life!. Do not use Printful till today I have not received my order 20 days later. Customer support told me they usually ship within 20 -25 days. Luckily , I do not have to justify this to one of my clients. You have been warned.

One of my customers sent pictures of the shirt they received with STAINS. During the COVID-19 pandemic you would think they would go the extra mile to make sure their products are SAFE for consumers. Really sad because I never had any issues with them in the past.
