Great app with a ot of prducts: I am missing some products easy to manufacture (I think) like rubber bracelets or neck key holders or card holders for events. Keep it up.

Love Printful. Great design features and the ability to do layers in the printfile is awesome. Only thing that makes me keep tabs on all the other apps are the prices. Some, like the totes and socks just make them unsellable. Otherwise I'd be a dedicated customer for life...

The Printful app is very user-friendly, it's easy to create new products and very easy to sync these products with the Shopify store. The customer support team on the other hand is why I'm giving this app a 1 star. I was excited to us Printful for my dropshipping business. After ordering my first customized product and paying extra for shipping to get it quickly, I realized how unreliable this service is. DHL is claiming that they never got the package from Printful and Printful is claiming that DHL lost the package. It's been 21 days since the order was shipped and Printful in now asking me if I want to re-order or get a refund. There are other Print on Demand services in the Shopify app store other than Printful worth checking out.

Your order was handed off to DHL so that they can deliver the package, however, it appears that the package wasn't scanned at first, so no additional tracking details were available on their tracking page. Although we trust the carriers we work with that they will deliver the packages in a timely and safe manner, unfortunately, on rare occasions, delivery delays can occur due to unpredictable circumstances. In case you notice that an order hasn't been delivered and it is past the estimated delivery date, you can definitely let us know so we can take a closer look at the situation and help resolve it. We see our team was able to offer a remedy for the situation. Hopefully, there are no further orders that encounter a delivery delay and you receive them with no issues. I used this app to help start my brand.Very useful. Id like for there to be way to add your own fonts other than that pretty great

Currently, there isn't an option to add custom fonts to the generator, but you can consider creating the design in an image editing program first and then uploading it to the products in Printful. I recently had issues with their customer service and the alignment in one of my samples but was satisfied with the level of professionalism when they followed up via email investigating the problem and sharing feedback with their team. I'm happy to choose them as a main provider to my new store.

A business owner and one man shop who does it all. This is a great App for anyone who is starting a retail store. Saves you time and money! What I would like to see more of though, are eco-friendly clothing Made in the USA for genders and accessories. Look forward to seeing more additions!

I use this app to sell products online and to allow customers to upload their custom images. The goal is to allow customers the freedom to be creative. So far it has been pretty easy to get started.

So far our experiencing has been great from start to almost completion we've been very satisfied with the whole journey.

App works great... The only limits that are set are on the Shopify side. I have a large store to fill and apparently on my Shopify plan they throttle you down, especially when pushing a lot of variants. If I get on a roll it will allow me to create about 100 products, which amounts to about 300 variants as well, before it stops me. Apparently there is an algorithm called the leaky bucket. When the "bucket" fills up with enough products and variants, it won't take anymore. It SLOWLY trickles out the products until there is room for more. If you don't wait long enough, it will fill up quickly. If you wait about a full day, it will be completely empty. UPDATE 10/6/20 - I down graded my review to a 3 star review...The wait time have become a serious issue. When COVID hit I had to spend every day trying to convince customers to patiently wait because orders were so backed up. It took up to a month and half to get a shirt printed and out. They eventually got it sorted out in about the end of August. Now, I am right back to the same situation. Long waits, products out of stock, and complaining customers. Some of my orders are approaching 1 month. Printful only counts business days, I guess to make the charts look better, but the rest of the world just counts days. Be prepared for long wait times and complaining customers.

The program is great. it could use more dress and swimwear patterns. It can use more handbags and guayabera shirts for us to design. Can you add blanket patterns to design?
