Great integration. Not sure how to add variants without having to re-design the mockup shirt. Wish there was a way to add colors and/or sizes without having to go through the entire mockup process. Other than that, Printful has been a great way to get my brand off the ground without having to fund an inventory to start.

I love this app! Useful for all my online ecommerce needs and never fails to keep improving. Always impressed when I log in to find new products added, along with new helpful integrations that continue to easily help me upload and mock-up anything I can imagine. A big bonus of Printful is that it syncs fantastically with my shopify store, even providing live updates on available inventory. Five star experience in my application and setting, I can't wait to see where Printful goes next!

This app really helped me create what was in my mind, with no overhead. I love how it lets you know if your artwork dpi will work on that item or not. I just wish the creative process wasn't interrupted by surveys. Once is fine, but not more than once in the same day.

Love it. Saves sooooo much time. Well organized too. Haven't tried it on Ebay, Wish or Amazon just yet because we ship same day for our regular products. Would be a bit worried about getting my accounts flagged for shipping times and shut down. Will check into it more. I like Ecrater too. Not sure if you are connected to them but will look into it. Thank you.

Integration to the site is a breeze. Navigating through the controls is awesome too. There isn't much work we need to do. The descriptions are already written and they are pretty good ready to be used as it is. The print quality is amazing. I had one issue of fade shipment though, but it was replaced asap.

The fulfillment procedure is VERY counter-productive to being a white label solution. We put in 85 orders (multiple items in each order) in the matter of 5 business days. Example: The first order we placed was for express shipping on 9/19, an order for the SAME exact item, print, and size was submitted on 9/23 and already shipped 9/24 with the standard shipping item selected. They assign the orders to different teams at different warehouses. Some teams are I guess more efficient than others so it leaves our customers talking to eachother about when they placed their order before and wondering why their order hasn't even been started. It makes US look like we are disorganized. I don't understand why their internal system does not place orders with certain teams based on their availability from the order in which they are received to Printful. This process instantly makes it very apparent that this is being done by a third party.

Hi, thank you for your review, we appreciate it! All of our orders are fulfilled at our facilities in the USA, EU, and MX. We do not use a third party to fulfill our orders, fulfillment is done completely in-house. The orders are routed to the most convenient fulfillment location based on the product, its availability and stock, the destination of the order, and the order queue at the facilities. If the same items were ordered in different orders, but the order destinations were both closer to different fulfillment facilities, most likely each order would be routed to the closest fulfillment location to it so that the order could reach the recipient sooner after fulfillment. The orders aren't fulfilled in the order they are submitted due to the differences in printing technique, availability of stock (the item may be restocking) and the order queue at the facility. This is why you may notice some orders being fulfilled faster than others. Additionally, our fulfillment timeframe is 2-7 business days for apparel items and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products, the delivery time is additional. Of course, we'll try to fulfill your orders as soon as possible, but the full fulfillment timeframe should be considered when submitting an order. I hope this is helpful! Terrible! When people order something, especially from the same state, they do not want it in 3 weeks. A customer made a purchase two different times and on one order, never even showed up!!!!!! Terrible! Use someone else.

Our fulfillment timeframe is 2-7 business days for apparel orders and 2-5 business days for non-apparel orders, the delivery time is additional to the fulfillment timeframe. Of course, we'll try to fulfill your orders as soon as we possibly can, but we recommend choosing a faster shipping method in case the order needs to be received sooner. Impossible to get assistance from support. They will cut you off mid-sentence at every chance and provide very little support in migrating from other POD printers. On a positive note, the print quality is great. Much better than Custom Cat. Sadly, integration is handle product by product/one by one, combined with salty support this is not a quality solution top to bottom.

In regards to migrating products from a different supplier to Printful - there will be differences in how the products are set up in every platform and, unfortunately, we do not receive product information from the previously used platform, although basic listing information (listing title, variant titles and variant count) will import into Printful from Shopify. This means that the products would have to be manually synced within Printful or added from scratch. We will look into ways how the process could be improved when migrating from a different platform to Printful and we'll take you experience into account. I have some designs, but every time I try to re-used an old design with a new color, I need to re-create the design completely from scratch and they never are exactly the same. The customer chat support are of not help either. The chat person "Liva B." excuse was "This is how our system works.."

Currently, when adding a new variant to an existing product, the design would also have to be re-uploaded. This is in case a user would like to use a different design for different product variants, however, of course, the same design, as on the other variants, can be used as well. I can understand how this process may not be completely comfortable when adding new variants to existing items.
