I use this app for nearly the entire catalog on my website and it is amazing, some of the sizes are up to 3XL which is very helpful with sales. The integration is fantastic and its sooooo user friendly they have made it so easy to create designs and have a huge product range. The youtube channel is amazing it contains lots of videos with tip and tricks and even how-to's on creating designs, they also have pre-made files and designs that you can use royalty free if you are struggling for ideas. I have tried using nearly all the print on demand dropship services and this beats all them by far. Also the sizes are spot on, the quality of clothing is exceptional.

I used this app for my t-shirt designs. I really like having my products listed in the app, not just sent to my Shopify store. This way I don't have to re-build it every time I may want to make a change. Syncing was seamless and easy. Would like to see some new and different products not available elsewhere.

Uninstalled immediately Just after installing this It started Synching / Imported all 7000+ (copyrighted) products to the app ! I asked why the answer is "Its because you can create unique products that you cant setup using just our Add Product Feature" i said "How are you creating unique products by importing my Product Data ?" Note that most products are copyrighted and trademarked and prinfull just imported it automatically ! ! P.S. I will not remove this until they stop automatically importing (stealing) product data.. At least add a pop-up to ask for permission to import data. ....Especially copyrighted and trademarked stuff.. I had to ask the designers before i list their product on eeless.com and Printfull just imported them.

The way our integration with Shopify currently works is that all of the products that are listed on your store will appear on our side, this is how our automated integrations are set up for various reasons. This allows orders with both Printful and non-Printful products to exist and sync up with us for automated fulfillment. This allows you to combine several products in a single product listing on your store's side. This enables some integrations to even exist, as a lot of the e-commerce platforms we have set up with don't have the product push generator that allows you to publish products from our side to your store. However, you can bulk ignore all non-Printful products in your Printful dashboard > Stores > Sync > Not synced, so orders of them would not sync up with us. (this is a 4.5 stars review) Great team with great customer support. the only reason for the missing half star is for the technical side in regards of the bulk duplicating and the possibility to save a print file broken apart as in its original format when created (and not merging it in one file) I already submitted a review asking for a duplication feature and got taken in consideration and quickly made such feature available. now time to review the bulk duplication process... Review #2 I have orders that have been waiting way past the fulfillment days more than 28 days. Instead of making sure my orders will be processed in a timely manner all they do is send a generic message. They have not been properly marking my products as shipped. Leaving customers wondering why they haven’t received a tracking number. I have my account automated so they can properly process my orders which they have been doing a poor job. Review #1 The 'quality control' feature must be the biggest scam feature that Printful has. I don't think caring humans even check the products. I have contacted them multiple times about embroidery orders such as snapbacks being mailed completely damaged. Their machines do not seem to handle simple jobs, they are shipped with unreadable text. I have custom orders that have been shipped twice in terrible quality. It's an embarrassment when a customer has to receive damaged merchandise twice.

Very easy integration and already had my first 4 orders, 1 or which was dispatched within 24hrs. Will revert back once have inspected quality but so far so good.

It's so easy to use the app, you can even make products on your phone. The mock ups are quality and look like real embroidery and printing.

seems like the best drop ship print on demand tool. would be better if they had more products and all of them allowed better branding like inside labels, little tags, classy professional touches

I do like Printful, the apparel quality is really good and the integration with Shopify works extremely well plus they have partners around the world for some of their products, which speeds up shipping. If there was a negative, it would be great if you could save your upload designs in a Printful folder, so if you change the size of the design so you can easily use it again.
