This app offers a lot of different & good quality products, which is amazing ! :) I use it for my store, and it's very easy to use. I highly recommend it.

This app helped me set my 11 and 15-year-old daughters up in their vary own business and we all love it!

They do a decent job. Turnaround time is spotty, lots of complaints from customers on orders not shipping past the 7 business day timeframe, only to be told items are "restocking" after I've confirmed they will ship on time. Spend more time dealing with unhappy customers and refunding orders than I'd like. Their customer service is lip service at best, and you get 3 different answers from 3 different people. Phasing out this manufacturer as fast as I can.

Since we print on demand, many of our products are also stocked on demand which means that they may not be in stock when your order is placed. However, we can generally have the products restocked within a few business days and fulfill your order as quickly as possible. I use this app to get my t-shirts to my customers fast, easy and cost-efficient. I like that it's so simple to set-up and that Printful guided me every step of the way. I think Printful needs to improve on its variety. There's not enough to choose from, not enough pants. Also, it won't hurt to have more melanated mockup models. Also, It is not a good idea to have the mockup of the woman holding the black frame to be wearing all-black. The site interface needs work. When I select only a single frame size, in my store, it no longer displays a size. This can be fixed by adding the size to the mock view. I would like to be able to put the frames measured in cm to inch with an auto calculator. When placing my designs on some mock-ups it is impossible to center. I would like to know where my design is positioned by number. Why is it when I click Back to Browser it hopes me somewhere random and not to the previous page?

Could you give us some details on what type of pants you'd like to see us offer? You mentioned some concerns with your site's interface and I wanted to let you know that you would need to change your website's theme/layout to fix the issue you're encountering with selecting a frame size. As for the frame measurement units - we offer framed prints measured in both inches and centimeters, but these are listed as two separate products. You can see them in our product catalog here: https://www.printful.com/custom/wall-art/personalized If you would like to combine a poster measured in inches with a poster that is measured in centimeters, you would need to push one of these products to Shopify and edit it from Shopify's side by adding additional variants to the product, then sync them up with products on our side from your Printful dashboard > Stores > Sync. You also mentioned that you encountered some issues with your browser and navigating through pages. Could you give us some additional details on these concerns as well? Worst service ever! I switched all of my products to this store. They haven’t got anything right! Three emails and a month later and nothing but crickets with no tracking. My fab account was almost frozen and I had to refund my customers money. HUGE mistake using this company. They do not know what’s going on. My business looks shoddy now. How embarrassing!!

Unfortunately, seldom the packages may become lost in transit due to issues with the delivery address, unexpected circumstances during travel, or carrier errors. Another big question most merchants have is whether or not it's quick and easy to walk through the print design center. Also, what's it like trying to get those products on your website? To start, we'll outline designing a product from Printful. You can create a new order right from the Printful dashboard and upload your designs onto the products. For this example, I'm going to design a canvas print, starting at $29.95 from Printful. I would choose the size that I'd like to sell, then upload the print file that's going to go onto that canvas. In general, the guide from Printful is quite clear as to what you might need to change with your upload. For instance, most random JPGs you upload from your computer are going to be too small for printing on a canvas. You're going to want a large JPG or PNG that you exported from a RAW file in something like Lightroom or Photoshop. Once you find the right print quality, you can crop it to fit and move forward. Mockups of the products are provided for showing to your customers in a more real-world setting After that, you either place your custom order or save it to your connected ecommerce platform. If you do have it connected to a platform the product automatically syncs to your store.

Takes more than 10 days to fufill orders. If someone wants to take business to other level, dont use this app. Not rating 1 start because it made it easy to recover the money I have spent on the order that was not fufilled.

We just started using this app, but so far I LOVE IT. Set up is easy. Production and shipping of the ordered products are pretty quick too. My favorite part is the updates they provide in production process (when the product is printed, going through quality inspection, being sorted and finally shipped). They have a pretty good select of items in their catalog although I hope they add more items such as stickers and tumblers.
