Printify: Print on Demand

Complete nightmare!!!!! Every month same issue with my products not publishing and before anyone or the company responds with this suggestion this was the response from Shopify with my query: You're at 34,524 total variants β well under the 50k limit, so that's not your issue. The Add to Cart problem is more likely the Printify sync issue I mentioned. Check Printfy's dashboard for that specific product. I'm tired of it. I am a solo operator who can no longer afford to waste time and money on this issue. I'm done. Headed over to PeaPrint. Lot more options and appear to have great ratings. Fingers crossed.
I don't like that the categories are messed up - and not loading from my shopify store. So far the other stuff is good thank you.
Horrendous markup, slow fulfillment, and often terrible print quality across various shirts.
horrible experience with this company and an order a customer never received. because the customer didn't reach out to us the store owner within 30 days Printify won't reprint nor refund the order WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES WHO DIDN'T DO THEIR JOB! The order was paid for and printify NEVER printed nor shipped it. So crap company and NO ONE should use them.
No discounts for high volume sellers.
Aweful print quality. Absolutely patheitc. Designs are NEVER centered and straight. Just really really bad!! No customer service at all. Its pretty much a scam.
I tried to place order for my products to inspect them ahead of launching my store. I've had all sorts of payment problems and orders going on "hold for routine review" - bottom line it has delayed my shipments and support has been terrible.
Poor customer service. One customer's product never arrived. It was outside the 30 days (too short) time period and refused to re-print and ship or refund.
Beware! They delete your published products. I recently discovered dozens and dozens of my product inventory were deleted on the Printify side. Products that took hours of my life to create and upload to Shopify. I am a one person team. They have a policy that if your products haven't sold that they can just delete them. Mind you I have spent almost $3k in the past ordering products. Customer service was both helpful and snarky when trying to get this resolved and unfortunately it was not resolved. My products were not recoverable. Only option is to recreate them. I use other PODs and I don't think they would even dream of deleting published inventory. I discovered this randomly and can't imagine how many other stores are affected. Do better, Printify.
need to make it easier to get help and to be able to talk to someone
horrible application, horrible customer support, HORRIBLE print quality. Not one shirt i've orderd through printify has held up. using printify = damaged brand.
Options are limited and kids clothing need short clothing options that are not available here.
Thanks for your feedback! We appreciate the suggestion and will share it with our team as we continue expanding our product selection π .
This app is complete garbage, top to bottom. I used this looking for an alternative to my pervious drop-shop T-Shirt app. After using their glitchy creation process, I created a design and order 3 sample tshirts. When the shirts came, not only was the quality poor on the print but the print melted and stuck together which ruined the shirts. I reached out to their JOKE of customer "support" org only, after 3 tries to get a partial refund. Don't waste your time with this joke of a company
I deleted and canceled this app last year and have been getting billed the entire time since. Just got a charge for around $40 USD and have not used it since last year. Please help!!!
Thanks for reaching out. We're sorry for the confusion. Printify doesn't charge for installing or using the Printify app. It looks like this charge is from Shopify, so we recommend contacting Shopify Support to review your billing details π.
I'm not getting any reason why my orders are being cancelled. Nor is the order going to a different print provider when it's cancelled by one print provider.
there is written that the back and al poker cards are editable but in fact you can make only one card only the front and they will bring you 52 same image card with the back that you cant edit, so dont use it
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear the poker cards product didn't meet your expectations. We'd like to look into this and clarify the product setup. Please reach out to our Support team with the product details so we can investigate and help. π
I'd like to be able to create a design and then apply it to my stores, rather than have to select a store and create.
Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate you taking the time to share this valuable idea π. We'll be sure to share your suggestion with our Product Team as they continue working on improvements to the platform. Thanks for being part of the Printify community π!
I give them 1 because I am dissappointed about the price of the products to the sellers so I have to sell them at exaggerated high price compare to products in Amazon or any other places. Also, in my niche there is not sufficient variety to at least compensate in that field. They make you easy to have a product but limit you to compete with the offer in the real world.
Thank you for sharing your feedback π. Printify offers a wide variety of products from a large network of print providers around the world, many of which offer competitive pricing to suit different business needs and niches. We encourage exploring different providers, as pricing and product selections can vary significantly, helping you find products that best match your specific needs and requirements. That said, we appreciate your comments regarding product variety and pricing competitiveness. We'll be sure to pass your feedback along to our Sourcing Team as they continue expanding and improving our catalog π.
I do not recommend them. They do not have reliable vendors who ship on time. They often just create shipping labels to make it seem like orders have been sent, but there are no clear timelines for when items will actually arrive. They tend to defend their partners and do not show concern for the customer experience.
This app is so broken, it's ridiculous. - Almost all the same features as 5 years ago, no development happened. - API has issues and doesn't work properly. - Product copying issues - You have no way to look up the products that are synced if you want to link a lot of external products. - Outages where you are not able to work. Buy hey, offering a premium subscriptions for not having even basic features working properly is the way to go these days I guess. This app is stuck in the stone age and probably will be there forever. Even if you try to automate something with a chrome extension because the plugin has a severe lack of features, your limited to the fact that's it's also broken and unreliable. That's crazy, as soon as you have more than the most basic setup, it failes.
