I have used the app to create and print a few items for my store now. Their layout is clean and simple to use. Better than other sites. Other sites have lots of offerings but the aesthetic to them is terrible. Im glad and will continue to use printify.

for the most part customer service is good but 8 out of 10 times the sample products are junk and have to be redone. while looking for a print on demand app to add to your store use as a last resort and always order a sample before adding to your Shopify store

What a joke. Misprinted tons of shirts and didn't do a quality check on them, unable to use images that are 11x14 with 300dpi my usual screen printer has no issues with and I had to remove this app from my store because I was losing customers because of printifys mistakes. This app isn't worth the hassle, I started using a different app instead and haven't had any of the same issues.

Great app, quality price they offer is the best. Next to that their service and willingness to improve is top notch! Variety of products is also growing steadily.

Great app and support, but the quality of prints for apparel is embarrassing. I wouldn't recommend going through the time to build a store and have sub par prints sent to your customers. Received multiple samples and prints were either faded, cracked, or felt like plastic (cheaper print?). Would recommend looking at better suppliers to handle your fulfilment.

This app presents some challenges... printing things correctly can sometimes be off depending on the printer you've chosen. Some of the ink at certain shops can be thin. I had a red shirt with a white logo and all the white was red... but a representative got a hold of me to fix the issue. I'd say it's important to talk with the support in order to fix any sample print problems.

I've only just installed and started using Printify, but I must say that so far it has been very straightforward and easy to use. Also a great range of products... now let's just hope the sales will follow! :-)

So easy to set up and use. I have contacted support a few times and they are so responsive and helpful. Each time a fairly quick response. I received one of my shirts and it looks great. I love this app and can't wait to really dig in and get my designs out to the world. This has made it so easy for me to make a little extra side business. Thank you.

We'd highly recommend Printify! They responded quickly to a printing error and had a replacement T-shirt reordered for us within an hour or so of contacting them. Great customer service, personal and fast response time!

For beginners like me, it's easy to navigate, if you do not understand something their team is there with answers. Using printify also is a great addition and they're awesome at helping as well.

Zero quality control in place. We've gotten nothing but poor-quality prints and samples back. Had to pull all tshirts from our store. And Printify takes no responsibility - they won't even refund you if your order shows up completely shredded (they want you to re-order somewhere else). Don't waste your time.
Our team investigated the request, and we wanted to let you know that a refund was made for the items that came in poor quality. I used this app to have my designs printed on some lace up, Martin like boots, and was very impressed by the quality of the print and the product. I will be ordering more in different designs to see whether the quality remains the same.

The quality of the items is more than I expected especially on the shoes. Usually everything is shipped quickly except for one sample order I had, but it was taken care of asap.
