The app is easy to use, the products are as pictured, and the shipping time is great. I enjoy the seamless integration with my store.

The interface is great and setting up products is a piece of cake. I really wanted to be able to use this for all our custom clothing. However, it doesn't adjust when distributors' items are out of stock, so that forces you to refund a customer order if out of stock. That comes off as really unprofessional and made my business look bad, not to mention losing a sale. While customer service was very responsive, they had no fix for this issue. Edit - I'm taking this review from 3 stars to 2. This company has the strangest way of dealing with mediocre reviews. I told them precisely what the issue is (inability to predict when an item is out of stock), they told me they had no fix for the issue, I told them I wouldn't be able to use Printify anymore. They THEN sent an email asking me to remove my review or change it to a higher rating because "I believe I have covered every area of concern you had." They in no way addressed my concern other than saying they can't do anything about it. I'm very surprised they asked me to remove a review when the underlying issue still exists! Here is the customer service response to the out-of-stock issue: "You mentioned that you would like us to incorporate a system that automatically accounts for out of stock items and/or variants. I completely agree that that would be ideal. When it comes to items that are out of stock, we only find out when our print providers notify us. We have been in discussions with them lately trying to work out an effective system to notify our merchants when these issues occur. This is an issue we have been addressing and I can assure you that we are woking on an acceptable solution. For now, our policy concerning out of stock items is as follows... For temporary out of stock issues, no notice will be sent out. We expect these issues to be dealt with quickly and will be only a minor inconvenience. For out of stock matters that will be more lengthy, we will send out an email to all our merchants notifying you of the issue so you can make the necessary adjustments to your account. I totally understand that in some cases this can lead to some inconveniences. I would like to assure you that we are committed to finding a solution. Your patience and understanding are appreciated."

I use this App to fulfill my clothing items in my shop. Would be nice if you could easily get in contact with someone at the company but I have not had any luck in that. (phone) Also some of the shirts come in looking really bad if they are on light color tees. DTG does not work for light colors but they don't seem to care lol....

Printify is great for most things and has a nice clean UI and good customer service, but the embroidery on the hats and beanies were a bit lackluster, I wasn't impressed by the quality. Overall though one of the better POD companies out there.

I enjoy using Printify. I don't have to stress out about printing and mailing. Printify does it all for me. So that is really a great way to be just a 1 woman company.

I've tried Printfull before to try Printify, and I'm happy to have made the switch! Super customer service and delivery times are faster.

I've used this app for several years and I love it! They have a great selection of merchandise and are very helpful when needed. New products are added often which helps me to create an inviting product mix in my online store.

I recently added the Printify App and am happy with it so far. The interface is easy to use and they have a wide variety of products. I appreciate being able to select vendors that are closest to my location to reduce shipping times.

Right now I am not very happy with them but every day they ask for a review I figured I would finally leave one. We have 10-20 shirt designs we wanted to upload. We chose the person who was not the most expensive as we just assumed it would be okay. We get the first shirt in and it is great. I have people buy shirts and they come in terrible. Cracking paint and a giant square around the artwork a different color than the shirt. I tell Printify about it and they do actually refund and reprint the shirts. That is fine but then it keeps happening. They then recommend to just switch to a different supplier thats more money for possibly better results. Would it not be intuitive to put maybe a better best category? I assumed the cost was for the speediness of the delivery not the actual quality would be bad. I am trying a new supplier right now but I think they should be far more clear about the quality control. They told me many are very happy with that supplier but I am wondering how when the quality was so bad on some of them. They give you this information of the suppliers like they use a "DIGITEX 4000 Top of the line printer" and then another one uses a completely different printer. Am I supposed to know which one of these mean I will get a good quality job? I hope they add that element then it would easily go up to 5 stars.

We've been with Printify for about a year and a half now, and have been very satisfied with them. We looked at some of the other print-on-demand companies as well, but ultimately chose to go with Printify because of their low prices and high reviews. I can now say that their customer service is top notch, their prices are in fact very competitive, and the intuitive interface and seamless Shopify integration makes it extremely easy to use. I'm very pleased!

Incredibly easy to install. You'll be selling top-quality tees and merchandise in about 30 min. The integration with Shopify from images to fulfilment notifications is seamless.

The website is amazing and the integration is seamless for both Shopify and Etsy. I have ordered 2 samples and the shipping is about 1 week turnover. The only thing I wish they had was the ability to modify shipping for the customer when you push to your store channel. Other than that, the website is awesome.

I used this app with my Shopify store. I received my first order on 1/16/19 and manually fulfilled it from my Shopify store. On 1/22/19 I emailed a screenshot of the order and inquired about shipment. They instantly passed the blame to me. No apologies for the system not syncing properly and no empathy for my customer waiting for her order. Now it's 1/28/19 and still no word on when the order will be fulfilled. My customer requested a refund and issued it right away. I would NEVER refer this service to anyone, the customer service is awful! I would guess that there products are awful as well. Either way I deleted their product off of my website. I would rate them a "0"

This app never fails. The customer service is great, the vendors are efficient, the printing is on point and the prices are unmatched. They're always giving me new things to consider for my online store and another reason to not work with other dropshippers.

I am updating my review based on the excellent customer service I received yesterday. I would give Printify tcustomer service a 5, but I'm leaving this review based on the print company used through them. I had previously left a 1 star review based on the poor print quality and some other company's logo printed on the front of my shirt. I wish I could leave a review on the actual printing company used and not Printify, but I could not find that option. Printify offers a selection of printing companies and some of the ones I have used through them didn't meet my expectations. I understand that there can be human error (the wrong logo printed) and I will be trying once more due to the fact that Printify reached out to me to fix these errors.

I am relatively new to pod, but so far I have found this to be the easiest and most comprehensive print on demand application that I have used. They make it easy to design our products & integrate them into our store.

Honestly, at the end of the day, it's not about the app, but the customer service and final product. I have ordered a few things. Leggings from a vendor that decided not to work with Printify anymore so the customer had to wait an extended time. The second was sample products which the final over the quality of the print material used was seriously lacking. I am looking to find alternatives to make the shirts I design myself. I've ordered one more sample item and the company printing the hoodie doesn't even provide tracking so I have no idea when it will arrive.
