So I have been paying the monthly $29 rate and I asked the question, how can I tell if my products are receiving (the up to 20%) discount? Currently they have no answer. Makes you wonder... From chat "I'm sorry to hear that! And yes, we'll definitely get back to you. Unfortunately, we don't have a list of the regular vs premium prices, but I agree that it would be very useful and we hope to have this available sometime in the future "

I was so excited about Printify. My large format printer is down and in the meantime, being able to outsource and ship my custom designs seemed like such a time saver - and pretty affordable, too. But sadly, sometimes you get what you pay for and that was my experience. The first few custom posters printed fine. Shipping was a little slower than I had hoped but overall everybody seemed satisfied. I requested a cancellation once or twice because the printing time was so slow (which in and of itself was a little stressful.) Side note: it's difficult to upgrade shipping to express with some vendors of Printify. Then came the "True Red" debacle and that's when I realized that my customer service goals and Printify's customer service goals were not aligned. Here's the story: I created 5 different custom designs for 5 different customers, all from the same team. All were created with the same red background - however the numbers were different because they were for different athletes on the team. Upon arrival, one client realized that the print background had come out a salmon color, not "true red". I immediately contacted Printify, shared the picture that my client shared (without the plastic covering on the edge) and their customer service was great - they said, oh that's unacceptable, we will have them reprint. Unfortunately, I was charged for the reprint! But that wasn't it. Obviously, the other prints came out the same way, and my clients were all a little ticked and nervous (understandably). Meanwhile, Printify pushed me off on different customer service people who said, well, we can't help you unless you get all of those clients to send us a picture of their posters. I said, well, lets see how the process goes with the original concern I submitted - the one that they reprinted and never refunded. There was crickets on that as they continued to hand me off to one another and it only took me a few days to realize I couldn't trust Printify support to solve the problem. I sent the file to my clients local Staples via email and the true red printed perfectly. And I paid for all of it because that's the type of customer service I provide. I was never able to speak to the printing vendor (Circle Graphics) specifically to figure out what the problem was. So - if you have anything red, or you need a print fast OR you have a high standard for yourself and your vendors when it comes to customer service, you may want to rethink Printify. Unless I have major lead time and zero red, I'm going to pay more with a service like Staples. I hope this helps you make the best decision for your business as well.

My experience with Printify can be summed up in one word: demoralizing. Initially, I was excited to work with Printify after seeing a lot of positive sentiment online. However, the first order I received was faulty with the design printed too high and uncentered. When I reached out to Printify's support team, they confirmed it was an error on the print providers end saying in their exact words "You have followed the guidelines for placing the design correctly. Placement is at the center, and the art file is inside the safe area (dotted lines)" and that "the order was faulty". They offered a free replacement. Unfortunately, my core issue was that I now had mistrust in the orders being fulfilled properly. Like any decent merchant, I can't launch my store until I can have full confidence that my customers will receive a high quality product. Since the first order was faulty, I needed tangible evidence that it was a one-off case and the subsequent orders would be fulfilled correctly. I asked for expedited shipping since the alternative was waiting another 10 - 30 days to receive a new sample (delaying my launch and revenue stream during that time) but they were adamant on me paying extra for expedited shipping. All for a product that should have been fulfilled correctly in the first place. I feel left in the dark with little confidence that the products will be designed properly. Best case scenario, I'd have to settle for a delayed launch thanks to a Printify error that they admitted to. By the way, this was with "one of their most popular print providers" — their words, not mine. In the meantime, I'm exploring working with Printiful since their shipping across North America is quicker and not print provider dependent. It requires a whole rehaul of my website which is the demoralizing part but I think it'll be worth the effort.

Usually, if the order had standard shipping, the replacement would have the same shipping method. However, it is possible to upgrade the shipping method depending on the situation and if the print provider offers such an option. I am very dissapointed in Printify. They mailed my customer 500 t-shirts that were ALL damaged. I have not recieved a response from customer service and I have lost money on this transaction becuase of their faulty products. Very poor customer service and products.

In all cases where items are delivered damaged, if the relevant photo or video evidence that supports the case is provided, we offer a free of charge replacements or refunds depending on the case. After my last order ships I will be cancelling. I just opened my store and have had items lost in shipment, 2 customers waiting over a month for their products, 2 reprints on orders for quality. This affects the reputation of my startup and this is totally unacceptable fulfillment. I will be finding another POD distributer.

We like the products, but the app integration NEEDS to be improved. We added a bunch of products from a couple different print on demands providers, one of them being Printify. We made edits to the products directly on Shopify after they were added to our store. The other print on demand provider handled our orders exactly right and the integration with Shopify worked perfectly (correct items, shipping notifications to customers, etc). Printify, however, had everything messed up! I had to manually change every single order. Shipping notifications did not get sent to customers, and I now have a bunch of orders that think they haven't been fulfilled even though when I look at the order on Printify, it says delivered or in transit. This has been an absolute nightmare. My guess is the reason is that we're supposed to edit products within Printify before pushing them into Shopify, rather than editing after they've already been pushed into Shopify. But the other POD provider handled everything correctly, so why couldn't Printify?

I am so DONE with Printify. Every time I go to place an order the products are out of stock. My store offers t-shirts ONLY from them. Variants are constantly out of stock for every every single shirt and the order is denied until I have to go fix it manually... They can't plan to keep product in stock??? This is supposed to be print on demand so that I don't have to babysit EVERY SINGLE ORDER. Printify is awful. Support for Printify is EMBARASSINGLY bad. They don't understand issues very well because I believe they hired mostly non-native english speakers that are operating from cut and paste scripts. Instead of fixing issues they tell you to recreate the product all over again using one of the many different confusing print providers that will offer different brand t-shirts with different color options. If you want to offer a consistent base of products in multiple colorways - you are just screwed, but that won't stop them from trying to convince you that their "order routing" feature works. It does not... not even close. Also, the product image thumbnail generator for Printify adds a silly amount of empty space around t-shirt thumbnails making them look ridiculous. They haven't fixed this or offered a solution for years. I have had complaints from customers and even had test orders come with very poor quality due to insufficient ink applied to the shirt and the color matching is a total crapshoot. It depends on the print provider. Not all of Printify's print providers are consistent. Some will do a horrible job matching colors, and others will do a horrible job applying enough ink. Again, when they ask you to recreate a product... You have to redefine every attribute... pricing, titles, description, size chart, it will overwrite your thumbnail images... It is so tedious. Save yourself the hassle! The low prices at Printify are low FOR A REASON. Save yourself time and effort and just pick a different solution for your print on demand needs. Your time is valuable, and if you go with Printify you will spend hours and hours micromanaging your products because their site doesn't work in a sensible way. I have mentioned these problems to their support team over and over through the course of many years and I have never gotten help that resolved these issues. They don't actually care.

Customer service was extremely unhelpful. There was an accidental charge to an old credit card, I added the new card on file and requested the charge be reversed on the old one and charged to the new card on file but they refused to do it. Horrible customer service...

Horrible, I have less than 100 total orders and have already had two misprints where the back of the design wasn't even printed. Ordered some items for myself and got them today, 2x2 stickers are washed out, tee graphics are wrong color, and the front pocket print is so blurry. I'd stay away from using this app despite all the great things people have to say about it.

ENG + ITA ENG: app absolutely unusable. I state that I use various POD platforms. I use shopify to sell products created through printify. Problem # 1: Once the product has been sent, the link with the tracking code sent to my customer is not working. so I have to manually search for the tracking code and communicate it to the customer. Problem # 2: I have some products synced between printify and shopify. If one of these products is no longer available as a printify supplier, I am not notified. To remedy the problem, I have to manually synchronize an alternative product, thus losing the reviews on the product page that is no longer available. Severe loss and lack. If you want to use a POD service I recommend Printful. ITA: Premetto che utilizzo diversi sistemi di POD e ho più volte cercato una soluzione riguardo i vari problemi che solo Printify mi ha presentato. PROBLEMA N1: Una volta che il prodotto viene inviato al mio cliente, il tracking generato non è funzionante. devo quindi andare alla ricerca del tracking code manualmente e comunicarlo ogni volta, per ogni singolo ordine al mio cliente. PROBLEMA N2: Se uno dei prodotti in sync tra Printfy e Shopify non è più disponible presso i fornitori di printify, non vengo notificato. Scoprendo solo dopo l'ordine da parte del mio cliente del problema. Per ovviare al problema posso creare una variante al prodotto creando di fatto una nuova pagina prodotto. In questo modo vado a perdere tutte le recensioni dei clienti legata alla vecchia pagina prodotto. Insomma, se volete usare un servizio di POD vi consiglio Printful

I like Printify because they have black mugs, I cannot find black mugs on any other supplier right now. I do not like printify because out of the two mugs i've sold so far one arrived busted. I refunded them my self and will probably be removing their products from my store after seeing how hard they are to work with based on other reviews here.

Be careful while using Printify.. They cancel many orders and sometimes they make you wait 10+ days and then they cancel it so by the time you fix all of this your customers have to wait almost a month to get their orders. They cancelled so many of our orders over and over again and there is virtually no customer support. Their system also has a lot of glitches so be prepared for that while creating products.

UPDATE: Things have changed since this last update. It's MUCH easier to use. Seems to have more products. Im still unclear on the pricing. Below Printiy states, "You'll only pay for the products being ordered, and their shipping costs." Still unclear on that statement. Does that mean I'll only pay for the product (1) being ordered? In other words, I pay per item? Or I pay the full amount when I make my first sale? And is the shipping costs added to the sale price? I've sent an email and tried contacting a rep for this info. I haven't made a sale yet So TIME WILL TELL. An email from a real person explaining would be great. -5 are you kidding just to try the "New Rules" are I have to sign up and pay 299.00? Hardly. I already pay Plenty to Shopify. What the actual Heck. This service of Shopify is getting worse and worse. BEWARE: The Worst Print On Demand Company EVER Seriously I am shocked how disappointing and unprofessional Printify has been. They have completely abandoned sellers. I have orders from end of November not yet shipped. Printify has left us sellers hanging. I sell on Etsy and have MANY rightfully angry customers. Printify started slowing down in early Dec and instead of being upfront with their delays, like other POD companies have been, they made minimal announcements and have not been real with us once. They just keep selling false promises and moving deadlines further and further back. I have been telling customers on Etsy their orders will ship day now because printify's lack of clear communication and false promises. 'any day now' 'holiday arrival' Absolute junk customer service. They barely reply and when they do it's a stock reply that doesn't address your question, sending you in circles. Their customer service is straight up useless and endless hoops It's now been a month and my customers are justified in being pissed at me for dragging them along for a full month. They are at a point where they can't even order or shop for new gifts because they have been waiting on Printify to come through, which Printify falsely led us to believe. And to make matters worse, Printify will not allow us to cancel orders nearly a month delayed, forcing us to continue to jerk our customers along or eat the costs. The samples I have ordered are unsellable. Sloppy application, the ink colors are sloppy, super pixelated print quality. Zero quality control. There has been zero accountability from Printify.

UPDATE: After posting this review, a customer service supervisor reached out, and has repeatedly asked for us to update/change our review. So here goes: -Printify did refund our problem orders placed with them in November after a lengthy email exchange (thanks, because we did refund all of the purchases our customers made). -We have since removed all of our PRINTIFY supplied items on our site, and are actively looking for new suppliers. -We will not be amending our review from 1 star -- because we received numerous 1 star reviews from our customers about their purchases -- which of course affects our reputation with future customers. ---- Since PRINTIFY does read these reviews, our suggestion would be: find more reliable suppliers, and work on the quality of your products, but also your customer service and customer interface on your site, so problem solving isn't so difficult. If i could give them a negative star review, I would. Over the past year or so, we've had problems with 1 of every 2 orders placed with them. We even upgraded to Printify Premium a few months back to see if that helped... and the customer service actually got worse. ++Shipped partial orders, and claimed they were complete (check) ++Misleading product descriptions (check) ++Poor quality products/printing- totes & pouches (check) ++Shipment labels generated (to stay within stated printing timelines), but products were not handed over to shipping carries for DAYS (check) ++Average time to get a reply from Customer service (2-3 days). I've emailed them so many times, I feel i know each of the staff... Otto is the most responsive, he replies 24 hours later typically. Excuses and lies - an "passing the buck" to their providers seems standard. Final straw, after days of waiting for a problem ticket reply, was is getting an email saying that the TRACKING system from USPS is not accurate, but the 'items' are their way and they're "sorry for any inconvenience." Sorry doesn't cut it, and neither does blaming COVID for delays, its been 9 months, and we're all dealing with covid with our own businesses, which is why its important to be transparent with your customers and provide accurate and honest timelines and details, so everyone knows exactly what to expect. Do yourself a favor, (and avoid 1 star reviews from your customers for you, as well)... find a different company for POD.

Re:Support, forget it. Well the shipping zones didn't work right, not saying I didn't do something wrong. I contacted their support and the "live" chat says, usually responds within a few hours, ok, let me try anyway. So I reach support by waiting 3.5 hours, explain the problem in detail and they give me a standard setup FAQ. I tell them those steps don't work, wait 15 minutes for them to see this message and 10 more for them respond. They send me another article, I walk through it and tell them it's all done, it takes them 15 minutes to see that message and 10 to respond with a walk through video that is 3 years out of date on the interfaces. I tell them I did the steps in that video anyway by poking around. I am now at almost 5 hours, waiting for them to read my message. I totally expect they will tell me to read something else without reading all the words I wrote. If you think you might EVER need vendor support, do not install this app. I'm still waiting.

Not one of the products I wanted to sell would ship to me or the few customers that tried to purchase before I deleted it. I'm in California. It's not like I'm in a remote location. I tried all the variations from all their sellers and NONE worked.

They were great when we started in March 2020. However, since about August the customer service has been terrible. Issues with deleting items from our store, or even navigating through the store go unresolved for weeks on end, with responses that never go beyond 'our tech team is working on it' and no idea of a resolution date. Abandoning trying to get this resolved today, and terminating our account and finding a different dropshipper. Update - Dec 10, 2020: It took 8 weeks to resolve the issue, and was only done when I submitted this review. However, we are still having issues - today I cannot see my store at all, and there is no option to contact Printify support - that has disappeared. The only thing I can do is see help articles, which do not help with this issue I am having.

This app is continuing to ruin my business. * 3week + orders backlog. * System duplicating products in orders and charging me (customer support says it's my fault). * System does not recognize out of stock items. 20+ manufacturers for item, have fun trying one by one hoping they will have it in stock (1 try = 1 day). * Once system changes manufacturer they will missplace your print without letting you know and send it to customer. Guess what, its your fault too. * Customer support is worthless and many more... Only way to get help is to leave bad review. Give me dedicated customer support agent so I can fulfill my backlog caused by printify, I will delete this review and move on somewhere else. If not I will update this review everyday so its on top

Dear SELLER BEWARE OF THIS APP. They ship features that cause lots of bug without informing the sellers. Last week our shipping software had issues because they couldn’t fulfill our orders on shopify anymore. Reason of the problem found : 7 products of our catalog had changed their location ID. We investigated and Shopify found that Printify has modified some of our product catalog THAT ARE NOT MANAGED BY PRINTIFY Without our consent or an alert, Printify has changed the location ID of SKUs, and because of that HUNDREDS of customers couldn’t have their order fulfilled on shopify and receive their tracking. This caused lots of TIME spent to resolve the issue over the past week. I sent an email on Friday and didn’t receive any answer. This isn't the first time they update their app and they have problems. Therefore : 1. We will uninstall Printify APP 2. We are stopping to sell printify products until you find the issue with a precise report. This is not the first time we have problems with printify and I find your customer service totally useless. I don’t recommend printify, they have a nice design, and look well integrated with printers, so you will find easy to create products and sell them but if you have any problem : - they will not help you (customer service without tech skills and helpless) - Never compensate you if you have issues that affect your sales/margin/customer experience (despite this is totally their fault)
