Privy ‑ Email, SMS & Pop Ups

Its going to be super helpful for my business!! My first launch was super easy to set up and very user friendly.

I chose this app on recommendation from a business group. It was super easy to integrate with my shopify store. I had my first pop up set up and active in 15 mins. Just what I needed.

wish you had more options for the free account. very limited. I do appreciate the one pop up - but I don't appreciate the price for someting menial

Privy is a great addition to any Shopify. Make sure you take them up on their strategy call to go over how it can best work for your store.

This app is great! I use it on all my stores and recommend it to all my clients. I collected so many emails using this app and even got so many sales.

Not bad so far just hope we could use integration direct with Facebook instead of connecting another app.

I enjoyed it all. There's nothing that I would necessarily suggest for the app to add or remove. It's been very helpful in allowing me to see the traffic coming through to the site and who's engaging.

It is clunky and never seems to work, emails are never sent, and customer service is lacking. I am going to look for another option.

Not super user friendly. Still figuring it out. It keeps glitching out on me. This app will take some getting used to.

Used Landing page and exit intent popup with good results. Pretty easy to use as well! Hoping to get the mobile view going better for landing page.

Easy to Install and Use, within the first 2 days already got me sales using the pop up on exit with a discount code

Privy is stealing the customer and order data and sending it to marketers website. I did some digging and Basically they are stealing every data point and customer information detail, info about your store, orders and who knows what else and sending it out to several APIs. This is bad news and has been slowing down the site for some time.
