helpful app but a little confusing at first, useful once you figure it out for sure. During free trial does't specify what part of the service will remain free

I used this app for almost two years, so I definitely gave it my best shot. Unfortunately this app gave me nothing but a headache for the past two years. The customer service wasn’t helpful at all, now when I have finally unsubscribed from this app, now customer service wants to talk to me.... absolutely ridiculous. Side note: the customization is terrible and the abandoned carts don’t work. Tried getting help with that for a year. Save your money and a headache. Wish I did.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS. $120 A MONTH FOR ME. based on page views of 100k a month, only got 10+ view on a pop up and 100 sign ups...

Really easy to use, totally recommend it. I love it because I can create campaigns for different countries.

I used this app to have my discounts pop up on the website and to get people to sign up for my newsletter.

Great app, easy to set up and use; has many nice features such as deactivated campaigns that you can reuse when the time is right. Definitely recommended!

First time using it, but it seems easy. Haven't played around with all the paid features, but from the free options its a great starter to your new webiste

I wish the help button in the corner would disappear as it is annoying when you are trying to edit your pop ups. As well, it would be nice to be told how the email was going to be sent out with the [email protected]. Other than that, I'm excited to continue using Privy to help grow my business

Really good to start with pop ups. you can go from simple to more complex strategies. Try it out !!

Works beautifully. I love that I could integrate with Mailerlite. That is amazing to me. I also love the customization capabilities.

If your store is new, skip this app! They will inform you after terminating your campaign due to low traffic.

Solid App thus far. Pop Up feature is working well. I am still exploring the remainder of the features, thus will update later.

I am still trying to configure this App... it appears to be a great addition, however, I find the support lacking. It is not a real time chat. They email you their response and often they may not fully understand your question so you get an insufficient answer. I have now gone back and forth 3-4 times and still having setup troubles! It would be really nice if it was a real time chat line or phone call to resolve my setup problems once and for all. Support in my opinion is weak.
