I am still trying to figure this out. Just upgraded to the newsletter platform because Mailchimp is not an option. I can't figure out how to link newsletter opt-in sign ups with Privy yet. So

Difficult to use. Contacts not syncing and help desk was not useful. After several attempts my contacts are still not loading correctly and when I attempt to add one it says error.

Initially I needed to create a pop up to encourage signups to my newsletter, then went on to create newsletter, sign up welcome and cart emails. I found it easy to do with Privy, including my own logo and branding.

So far, really enjoying the capability of the app. My site visits are currently low so costs haven't kicked in yet. Appears to have the flexibility I need for now.
