Privy didn't work very well for us but I can see why it's popular. It's very affordable and easy to use, but sometimes that's at the cost of functionality-from major function of contact segmentation to really small details such as sending test emails to multiple emails or flexible scheduling based on contact time zones. Again, it's a simple solution for perhaps most small businesses on Shopify who cannot afford spending $100+/mo for <10k susbcribers.

It's quite difficult to understand. There are nothing to help you understand what each item is and how to use it (hover overs or links to explanations). My intent is to offer a download to a client when they sign up for an email, nothing to help me understand how to actually accomplish that. I will be uninstalling and continuing to look for a solution.

Getting used to it. So far so good. A little concerned with variable costs based on number of users... might like a fixed price to start after trial just to get feet wet. Don't see how to create spin a wheel etc type things... only see initial signups so far. but getting there. typing this now because I got tired of you popping up and asking for a review now it won't let me submit this... just keeps in a loop?

Just installed, testing out. Looks like it requires you to review with a certain amount of words and starts before completing setup. Trying to figure out how to change the send from email. It's not finding my DNS records right away. Reading their help files. Hopefully I will figure this out soon.

this app has a very user friendly interface and lots of effective features that assist me in customer information acquisition! I would definitely recommend this app to any business owner

The pop up templates should have an intuitive field area to know it's going to automatically initiate the coupon or discount in the creation process of the pop up.

Pricing is better than a lot of other competitors but rightfully so...just not a good user experience and the aesthetic + default templates are very unappealing. I will be looking into alternatives soon.

Been working with Privy for a couple of weeks and I am highly impressed with their customer support team. My experience with other companied had been rocky and I feel that Privy listened very well to all my needs and acted very fast. I really am looking forward to diving in much deeper this winter to create the best 2020 pop up and email marketing campaigns with Privy.
