confusing for me. not working. it did but stopped after a few hours. I have emailed support so hopefully, I can get squared away soon and running campaigns. I will only give two stars for now and I'll just wait to get the help I'm seeking to get this thing going. I'll definitely change it. Thank you

works okay. Creating e-mail is easy bu doesn't work smoothly however there are many templates you can choose from. The pop ups does look good and easy to create.

I used this app to help me retain customers and to send out email blasts. works good so far :) I like the ease of customizing the emails.

It's really great and simple to use. It took my a short time, to wrap my head around the various pop-ups and when they should be configured through the customer journey and sale funnel, but really easy. I'm still working on configuring the cross-sell popup on checkout, so would appreciate any assistance, thanks. 5 stars

Best App on Shopify. I was able to schedule a live quick 15-minute call the next day with a support member via Zoom upon installing, get a quick rundown of the app and ask him any questions I had. He was so helpful and professional and on time. What a great company! Thank you Jack!
