It was easy to set up my first campaign. Felt just a tad buggy but I got the hang of it pretty quick. Would recommend!

I was asked to do this review upon initial installation. I have literally not used any part of this app, nor even learned its functionality yet. This is now on continuous loop. unusable

This is a very useful app that works as advertised and allows you to do a fair amount of customization regarding the look of your popups.

Privy works great. I've used it for years with great success. I've lowered the rating to 3 stars entirely because of the way they now have their paid plan set up. I only use Privy for pop ups. I average around 5000 visitors a month which I thought would keep me in the free to use zone. However they count every page a customer views on your website. So this means I would at least need the 25,000 "pageview" plan that costs $35. For me it's not worth paying more than my entire Shopify subscription to make use of their pop up function. So I've switched to the MailMunch pop up. It's free and looks pretty similar to what I was using with Privy. To sum it up. If you are a low traffic store Privy's free option really is great. However, if you're like me adding another subscription for a simple pop up ad just doesn't feel worth it.

Just getting started with this app. Easy install, looks to be functional. Hopefully, it will help with the bottom line. Had problems at 1st using MS Edge. Works great using chrome!

Easy enough to use, i'm happy with it :) Many different things you can do with it to try and save abandoned carts!

I find this a great and more affordable substitute for Mailchimp. I was paying $60 for 5k subscribers before and was looking for a better alternative that delivers more. I enjoyed the flexibility of this app. What I didn't like was compelling me to write a review before I can proceed to receive instructions on how to use this app.

Great app! I like the exit intent, as it doesn't disrupt my customer's shopping experience. Definitely recommend!

it would be nice if the review didnt pop up every time. leaving this review with 2 days using it because i got tired of the pop up. learned a lesson already, pop ups can be annoying as hell when you first open a page. 1 star

used the app to make pop-up ad for our website. It would be better if they will require each user to attend the online training to teach how to use the app
